My eye lids are heavy. My names Audrey and I'm 16, my names Audrey and I'm 16, my names Audrey and I'm 16. I can't remember anything else.
I tilt my head up and try to see my surroundings. There are vertical black lines everywhere faded by a mist. A mist?! Where am i? I jerk my body to a sitting position and look around. The vertical black lines weren't lines they were really, really tall tree's. The mist feels like a cold sweat. Where am i?
I'm so frustrated! I can remember anything!! I don't know where to go. I get up. How long have I been asleep?
I'm looking around, there are no paths, just lots and lots of tree's. I'm going to go North. I start to go to the side of tree's to find moss. I finally find a tree with moss on it. then I find a low branch and break it as a marker. After that I start heading north. I look up at the sun to estimate what time it is. Its probably around 5:30pm which means the suns going to go down very, very soon. Great... ugh.
Where will I sleep? I try to take my mind off it. I keep going.
I'm walking aimlessly...
I hear a twig break behind me.
