13~ Do you want..?

Kelly's POV:
We finally enter the house after a long silent drive and I cant wait to throw my comfy pjs on and go to sleep. I've never been more excited to sleep.. at least I won't be crying.

"Kelly" Cade says softly

"I'm tired, I'm off too bed" I say with no expression, honestly I'm just exhausted. I don't even turn to look at him as we speak and continue to make my way up to my room.

My warm cosy bed greets me and before I can think about anything I drift off into a deep sleep.

It's now morning and all I can think of doing today is sleeping. I think that's my plans for today.

I walk downstairs to say morning to Derrick and Adam, only to come back up too bed again. We dropped Mia at home last night on the way back.

"Morning princess" Derrick says as I enter the kitchen.

"Morning" I say

He sits down and scoffs his breakfast down. I'm not hungry but I'm just going to sit with him till he's finished, I enjoy his company.

Then Cade and Adam walk in. I take that as my que to leave so I get up and as I'm about to leave Derrick asks me "do you want some breakfast princess"

"I'm okay thank you, I'm not hungry" I say with a forced smile. I'm too mentally tired to eat. I think that's a problem with me, I can't eat when I'm upset or anything. "Oh" He says. Cade eyes me as I try walk out of the room until Adam steps into my way "wow wow wow. What's the rush, kitten. Why aren't you hungry" he asks. "Because I'm not, and I'm just tired, I don't want to eat" I say. "Ah gotcha" he then moves out of my way and I proceed to walk out without taking a glance at Cade. I could feel his eyes on me.

I throw my self onto my bed again and wrap my self up in the covers. Then I hear a knock on my door. Something I'm not used to is getting knocks on my door, it tends to happen a lot here now. I had no other people that wanted to knock on my sore back at home.. or old home?

I decide to ignore it as I'm practically half asleep here. Then it knocks again.. and again. Until I just end up going to answer, whoever it is clearly isn't going to leave anytime soon.

It's Cade.

Not the time. I'm too tired for this.

"Look Kell-" he begins but is cut of by words of my own. "Cade I'm really tired can we talk lat-"
I'm also cut of by his words.. "sorry Kelly but no this is important" He says.

I stand silent giving him the chance to speak.

"I'm..I'm sorry" he says.

I nod my head and go to shut my door but he stops it with his hand, I look at him and he continues speaking..

"I wasn't finished.. look I really am sorry, Kelly. She shouldn't of spoke to you like that, but I honestly couldn't get on her bad side, you don't really need to know why but I can tell you, it's something to do with my dads business. I wish I could've.. would've done something, but seeing the sadness on your face shattered my heart.."

He says it as though he's desperate for my forgiveness.. I wonder how many people he apologises to. He doesn't really seem like the type.

"It's okay" I force a smile. I don't really feel ok but I'll get over it eventually he's one of the first people that has actually had the decency to actually say sorry to me.

The look of guilt doesn't leave his face. It's obvious he really feels bad, it makes me feel a little better.

"It's not ok, Kelly. I should've done something" he sighed.

I shrug my shoulders awkwardly along with an awkward smile. I don't really know what to say.

"Th-thank you for saying sorry" I say

He nods in response.

As he's about to leave the door he says "oh and Kelly"

"Yea"

"I-"

I cut him off before he could finish. My mind went back to our kiss. Oh wow our kiss.. and something tells me it was about exactly that and I knew he was going to say it was a mistake.

"P-please don't" my voice cracks.

"What?" He asks

"Say it was a mistake.. I.. i know you think it was but please just don't say it" I tilt my head down along with my watery eyes.

I hear a short sigh leave his mouth.. "Kelly, what makes you think it was a mistake" he gently grabs my chin and lifts my face up so my wet eyes meet his.

"I- i well.. it's me.." I stutter.

"What do you mean?" He asks softly.

"I mean why did you kiss.. me, of all people?" I say slightly confused my self.

"I kissed you because I wanted to Kelly"

"Really? So it wasn't a mistake" my eyes widen.

He shakes his head..

"Would you like me to do it again to prove to you it wasn't a mistake?" He asks.

His question made my heart sink.. but not in a bad way, if you understand?

I tilt my head down not knowing what to say and to cover my extremely red cheeks.

"You have to use words to tell me what you want, Kelly"

I can already see the slight smirk sat on his face.

I nod my head while my eyes are still looking at the ground.

"Words, Kelly"

"Y-yes" I say nervously.

I look up to see that classic smirk of his, which of course was already there. Before he can take another step We hear Adam shout from downstairs. He sounds kinda serious. Cade takes one last glance at me before running down the stairs to see what the problem was. I'm standing at the top of the staircase eavesdropping. "What is it?" I hear Cade ask Adam. "WHO ATE THE LAST SLICE OF PIZZA?!" I hear Adam shout back. Really?? That's what was bothering him?

"Is that it?!" Cade asks annoyed

"oh don't get mad at me! It was you wasn't it? You ate my last slice!!" Adam shouts again.

I burst out in uncomfortable laughter as I hear a loud groan come from Cade. I see him walking back up the stairs shaking in his head In annoyance and this makes me laugh even more. He reaches the top of the stairs and is now standing in front of me. I'm still bursting out in laughter then he picks me up and throws me over his shoulder "Put me down!" I giggle. "So you think that's funny, huh?" He asks

"Yea.. a little.. no a lot" I giggle again loudly.

He shakes his head while a grin is plastered on his face. He walks ahead back to my room and gently throws me on my bed. He's now on top me, hovering over me and now I'm not distracted by my own laughter, I realise the position we are both in..
