8 - "Just do it"

-ANDY'S POV-

I have already woken up so I go downstairs and I see that Les made me some breakfast, like the lovely mum she is, but I also am aware that she wants to know what happened with Abby.

She knows that I met Abs and she said that by the way I talk about her I really like her, so now I have to keep her updated.

I love the relationship that I have with my mum: she is my mum, my father, my best friend, she means everything to me.
I have to thank her if I'm the kind and respectful man that I am now, yeah, of course, I have flaws but that doesn't mean that she didn't raise me at her best.

I kept some problems that I had from her, especially the one with the bulimia, but she always knew if something was wrong and now she noticed that I'm happier, I'm a bit more myself again and that's thanks to her, to Amy and Matty and all my fans but also Abby lately.

I start telling her what happened yesterday, omitting the details of Abby's story, saying just
"I am really happy that she told me something so personal and important, maybe she would have done that with everyone else that would have been there for her, or maybe she chose me because she trusted me; I really hope it's the second option, I just know that I was really hurt seeing her so upset."

"I'm sure that she trusted you, I mean it's something that as you said only her most close friends know so I believe she wouldn't tell that to someone who she doesn't trust and it's human to feel in that way if you care for someone", she replays.

Then my phone rings and I see that it's Abby that answered me, I also hear my mum saying "I know that smile kiddo, don't let her run away",

"muum I only know her for two weeks and I don't have any smile in particular" I say rolling my eyes playfully and maybe smiling.

Fovvs: <<Goodmorning sleepy girl>>

Abby: <<Goodmorning fovvs, thank you for taking me to bed, I promise you that I can walk, I was just tired not that I'm always tired...>>

Fovvs: <<I'll never think that you're always tired...btw how are you?>>

Abby: << Fine thanks, you?>>

Fovvs: << I'm good thanks, are you sure of that "fine"?>>

Abby: << I decided to talk to Julia and that together maybe we can talk to Chris, but I have to do it as soon as possible because I need a job, so I'm thinking of going today but I'm a bit anxious, that's all, there's no need to worry>>

Fovvs: << If you let me come with you then I will not be worried, pleeasee>>

Abby: <<Actually, I will really appreciate that.>>
Abby: <<Seems like someone wants to spend some time with me>>

Fovvs: <<I could tell the same about you, you know... Anywaay can I come to pick you up in an hour?>>

Abby: <<Yeah sure, thanks 💗>>

I want to see her that's true but I also want her and her friend to be a bit safer so I'm not gonna let them do this all alone.

-ABBY'S POV-

I didn't mean to bother him again with this story, but I want to see him and I will definitely feel safer with him around, so I obviously accepted his request.

Julia already knows what happened yesterday I just have to convince her to talk to Chris, to try and help him and I think that she wants to do that too because we're both grateful to him.
