The sun's heat beated intensely against Dean's skin.  Even his ears started to ring like a church bell in the morning it was that harsh.  Carefully, he slides out from under the car on the skateboard he was laying on and smiled up and the woman tapping vigorously on her phone.

"Everything seems to be in order for you Mrs. Delfine," Dean beamed, sitting up.  "Your wheels shouldn't squeak anymore and the muffler won't sputter any longer."

The woman rolled her eyes and flashed a fake smile down at the sweating boy, chewing her gum with a snap at every bite.  "Yeah, yeah, thanks kid.  Here's your money, get out of here."

She threw a couple of fifty dollar bills down to him and sat inside the car to drive off.  Dean groaned and stuffed the money in his pocket.  "Get out of here, pfft," he mimicked in a high voice, blowing a raspberry at the end of his sentence.  He hurried through the aisles of old abandoned cars to the workshop, taking the money out of his pocket and placing it in a small cash register.  Pushing his hair and a few drops of sweat back from his face, he checked the time on his watch and clenched his fist in victory.  He was home free.  "HEY BOBBY!" Dean yelled recieving a 'Yeah?' in response.  "I'M HEADING TO NOVAK'S! YOU WANT ANYTHING?"

Bobby Singer stepped into the room and shook his head, waving Dean off.  Bobby was much older than Dean, in his mid fifties with grey hair and drooping eyes.  He was tired and sweaty from all the work the two had been doing and took off his blue and grey baseball cap, waving it in front of his face to cool himself off.  Dean nodded in response and cleaned the oil off his hands with a rag, tossing it aside and changing into his normal clothes.  Jeans, white t-shirt, and dark red flannel.  Nothing fancy.

He ran to the front of Singer Automobiles and found his glorious Chevy Impala, running his hand along the hood.  "Mornin' baby," he smiled, "let's go get some coffee."

Dean hopped in the front seat and stretched before reaching for the wheel, turning on the engine and—of course— some Metallica for the road.  He reached behind him and backed out into the street, making his way downtown to Novak's Coffee Cafe, a sweet little coffee shop on Colt Street wedged into the cluster of small shops.  Dean barely went there, mostly because the owner was the one behind the counter and he was a wacky kind of guy, but also because he spent nearly all his time at the garage.  Dean's brother Sam was much more successful than he was, he was a lawyer traveling the country with a house, dog, and a girlfriend, Jess.  Dean on the other hand was earning quite a lot, but not as much as his brother, lived in a small apartment near the garage, and single.  He never could make a relationship stick, and nobody he met really caught his eye.  There was one girl however, Lisa, which he stayed with for two years until she ended up cheating on him and dumping him the same night.  He didn't even get the last laugh.  She did.  And it made him angrier every time when remembering the moment when she didn't even beg him to forgive her, instead she snorted and threw him out of the house they shared.  It broke him for a while, before he decided to move away and start a new life, leaving the memories of Lisa behind in Ohio.

Eventually, he found the shop and parked in a nearby parking lot, walking across the street with his hands shoved in his pockets.  Dean pulled open the door to the cafe and felt the chime of the bell flow through his ears sweetly, the wonderful smell of coffee filling his nostrils.  Unfortunately, he remembered the annoyance of coming to this shop when the man behind the counter smiled and waved at Dean with both hands shit high above his head.

"Mr. Winchester!" Lucifer yelled, "good morning!"

Dean fought the urge to roll his eyes and awkwardly walked up to the counter whilst everyone in the building stared at him.  "Good morning to you too, Lucifer," he said through his teeth.
