CHAPTER 6: Challenge

Jimin was shocked to know that Y/n was the girl who had an accident with his car but everybody knew that Soojin had ran away from the marriage. Listening Jihoon, Sejoo said to Emily, "I can't understand what should I do! That means this girl is telling the truth that she is Soojin's elder sister and we didn't knew about it due to her accident". Emily was really angry over the Kang Family but the thought of Y/n crossed her mind. She went to open the door of the house and looked outside but nobody was to be seen. She thought Y/n went away. So she was about to enter inside but as soon as she took a step ahead she saw Y/n had fainted. Seeing her on the floor, Emily started calling the others, "Listen everyone, come out here! See what has happened to Y/n!". Listening her, everybody came outside. Seeing everyone coming, Emily pointed towards Y/n. Sejoo then saw Y/n on the floor and said, "God, this has fainted. We should take her hospital asap because Mr. Jihoon had said that she came out of coma 2 months ago. If anything happens to her, then there will be a big problem. Jimin dear, take her to hospital".

Listening him, Jimin angrily said, "Never, I ain't even touching this girl. I want my Soojin and she has only fainted not died!". Listening this, Sejoo angrily said, "Are you mad or what? Stop talking rubbish Jimin. She is your wife now and you have to take care of her". Jimin didn't want to accept Y/n as his wife but then he realised that he was the cause behind Y/n's accident and that's why he picked her up and took her to the hospital along with Tae. After reaching at the hospital, Dr. Nam checked her and came outside and he told Jimin, "Mr. Park, Y/n's health is not at all ok. I had already informed Mr. Kang that he should tell or do anything which would pressure her health". Listening to the doctor, Jimin said, "So why are telling all this to me? The thing is that she was dying so I bought her to the hospital else I don't have any relation with this girl". After saying this, Jimin went from there. After sometime, when Y/n gained her consciousness, seeing herself on hospital bed, she said, "I am in hospital? What am I doing here? And who brought me here? In Park mansion nobody even wanted to see my face? What should I do? Where should I go now? I can neither go to the Park mansion nor to my home!". 

Then opening Y/n's room's door, a man came inside and said, "Who said you can't go to the Park mansion?". Listening somebody's voice, Y/n looked towards the door and was shocked as the person was Jimin's dad, Sejoo. He went near Y/n and started speaking, "See I don't know why did your marry Jimin! But we can't blame you for what has happened. Mr. Jihoon told me that you had an accident and we're in coma that's why I think we couldn't meet. Anyways leave it, what happened has happened we can't change it even if we want. Because due to today's incident, my whole family is hurt so I alone am saying this, welcome to the Park family, Y/n! My family won't accept you so fast. It will be hard for them especially for Jimin as he loved Soojin very much. But now you too are a part of the Park family. So it is your responsibility to think how will you manage your family!". Listening to him, Y/n looked at him. She got some courage from his words and she started thinking Park family as her own family.

After sometime, Y/n returned to the Park mansion with Sejoo and Tae. Everybody was mad with the fact that Shreya will be staying at the mansion especially Jimin. But due to Sejoo, Y/n had got the permission to live in the mansion. Y/n knew that it won't be easy to live here but she wanted to give her best so that she can win everybody's heart. Slowly slowly, 2 weeks had passed. But leaving Sejoo and Jimin's grandma, everybody was still mad at Y/n but she happily treated all the family members nicely. Jimin was so mad at her, that he didn't even want to see her face. One day, Jimin got ready for the office and came downstairs to have breakfast. That time, Y/n too was present there. Seeing her, Jimin became so angry that he went away without even having breakfast. Y/n felt bad as due to her, Jimin didn't ate anything. That day, she too didn't eat anything.

At night, Jimin loudly slammed Y/n's bedroom door and came inside. As it was so late, Y/n had already slept but listening to sound of the door she woke up with a flinch and seeing Jimin standing infront of her, she became a little worried. Jimin was staring at her. He wasn't even able to stand properly. Y/n carefully looked at him and understood that he was heavily drunk. Jimin pushed her on the bed and hovered over her while firmly holding her hands. Seeing him like this, Y/n became really scared. Bringing his face closer to Y/n's, Jimin said, "I can see that you are very beautiful but that doesn't mean that you can replace Soojin. I don't know where she is but I will find her soon and then I will throw you out of this house". Listening to him, Y/n said, "There's no need for that because when Soojin will be back, I myself will go away from this house and you life both! But now infront of the whole world, I am your wife". Jimin became angry after listening her. And having being drunk, he didn't even know what he was doing! He became mad over her and started misbehaving with her. Y/n became so scared of his behaviour that she pushed him and locked the room's door from outside and came downstairs while crying. She was crying so badly that she began facing problem in breathing. She couldn't even understand what she should do. Then suddenly she felt somebody's hand on her shoulder. She became so scared that she turned around while closing her eyes and immediately asked who was there.

It was Sejoo. Seeing her in this state, he asked her, "Y/n, dear what  happened? Why are you so scared? First of all come, come and sit here", telling this he made her sit on the couch and then gave her a glass of water to drink. After she drank it, he asked her, "now tell what happened and why are you so scared?". As he was asking her, his eyes moved to her wrists which he noticed had some red marks and blood. "One minute! What's this wound on ur wrist?". Due to Jimin, Y/n had this wound on her wrist. While crying, she told everything to Sejoo. After listening to her, he felt very angry. He patted her head and said, "I am sorry Y/n! If I wouldn't had told you live in this house then this wouldn't even have happened. I will talk with him tomorrow so you go and sleep now". Seeing Sejoo's anger, Y/n stopped him and convinced him not to say anything to Jimin. Sejoo was feeling very bad for her but he was surprised that even after Jimin did so wrong with her, she was still trying her best to save him. He affectionately looked at her and said, "Y/n, whatever has happened isn't your fault. If you think of me as your father, then make Jimin realise that you are the one for him. He is your husband and you have to make him understand that now you are his wife". After listening to what he said, Y/n felt her heart shake. Sejoo had already went after telling that to her. Being scared, she slept in the restroom itself. But she wasn't able to sleep the whole night.

Next day, when Jimin woke up, his head was aching very badly. Then he realised that he was in Y/n's room. He held his head with his hands and tried to remember what had happened last night. Slowly he remembered everything but he wasn't guilty for what he did. He got up from the bed and went to his room. He got ready and went downstairs. Y/n became nervous after seeing him so she looked away. Jimin noticed her nervousness. He went near her and  firmly said, "What happened last night, you must have understood what will be the consequences for taking Soojin's place. After this, you will rethink your decision of calling yourself my wife hundred times" . Then suddenly, Y/n faced him and confidently said, "My dear husband, I know that you don't even like to see my face, but you should know that I can take actions after what you tried to do yesterday! But, I won't do anything like that". Seeing her confidence, Jimin was shocked and said, "Oh really? You will take legal actions against me, your husband?". Listening to him, Y/n replied, "Oh! so you finally understood that you are my husband. It was nice to get to know this". Jimin was shocked, when he realised what he just said! But then he said, "I said this mistakenly and for your kind information, I don't take you as my wife. I love Soojin not you ok?". "Oh! So if it's like this, then listen I challenge you that if I don't arise love for me in your heart, then I myself will leave this house!", Y/n said. Listening her, Jimin started laughing and then replied, "Three months? I am giving you a year, and if I ever start feeling for you, then I will hold your hand and marry you again!". "Ok then, now as you have said, I too have a condition, that you won't stop me from doing anything that I will be doing to convince you". Jimin looked at her and said, "Done!"
