Chapter 6

Liam's eyes met mine as he put his arm around my shoulder in a friendly way. He opened the car door and allowed me in.

"Hey is Harry gonna be there?" I asked Liam.Harry and I weren't getting along at the moment seeing him at the bonfire would be awkward.

He nodded backing out of the drive way "Yeah, why do you ask I thought you and Harry were bffs or something."

"No reason and we are not." I told him looking out the window.

He kept silent and turned on the radio. The car ride was short which was a good thing. We arrived at his house, he opened the backyard door.

"Hey Leila!!" Louis yelled with enthusiasm.

"Hey Louis!"

I walked over to Niall who was strumming his guitar gently by the fire. I sat down next to him and listened to some song he was singing. I looked past him and to my surprise Harry was making out with some blonde chick sitting on his lap, I quickly looked away putting my attention back to Niall.

"Niall you're really good!"

"Thanks Leila." He smiled and continued to play.

Liam sat down next to me handing me a cup of hot chocolate. "Thanks," I said taking a sip.

"No problem love" Liam replied putting his arm around my shoulder.

LIAM'S POV:

I put my arm around Leila she didn't seem to mind so I kept it there.

She was such an amazing girl, I always wondered why she was still single. If she wasn't my best friend I would consider dating her. I want to ruin our friendship plus I had a sense she was crushing on Harry. He was shamelessly making out with Dayna's best friend Kimmy. He wasn't in love with her though i could tell.

Niall begun to sing little Things and I couldn't help but to sing along with him.

Liam and Niall started singing Little Things their voices together harmonized beautifully.

Just then Harry sat next to me whispering into my ear "I need to talk to you."

"Okay?" I said standing up and following him to the front porch.

He sat down on the steps, I sat down next to him "What do you need to talk about?" I asked him.

He looked down at his hands and back at me "Are you mad at me?"

"No why would I?"

"Because I took you on a shitty date?"

"No."

Before I could react Harry smashed his warm lips gently against mine kissing me passionately. I was gonna push him away but I just couldn't he put his hand against my back holding me closer to him. I wrapped my arms around his neck kissing him back. He gently pulled away.

He looked at me for a bit before speaking again "So does this mean you'll be my girlfriend?" He asked

I was so confused, but I would give him a chance "Okay, but what are you gonna do about the blonde?" I asked him giving him a glare.

"She left I told her I was in love with you." that sentence made me blush. He intertwined his fingers in mine and took me back to the bonfire.

"Guys I have an announcement!" Harry spoke capturing The boys attention "Leila is now my girlfriend!" he said enthusiastically.

"That's great." Liam replied with no emotion looking kinda mad.

"Finally!" Niall yelled letting out a laugh.

"Congratulations!" Louis yelled before drinking his hot chocolate.

Harry sat down letting me sit on his lap, wrapping his arms around my waist. He gave me a smile and kissed my cheek. we stared at the flickering fire.

"Hey guys its getting late, I think I'm going home plus we have school tomorrow." Niall said grabbing his guitar.

"Yeah me too." Louis spoke following Niall out "Bye!"

"Bye see yah tomorrow" I said

"ill walk you home" Harry asked me

"okay."

"Bye guys." Liam replied picking up the cups.

"Liam see you tomorrow." I told him walking out with Harry.

He once again intertwined his fingers with mine holding my hand tightly.

"Harry can I ask you something."

"sure."

"Why did you invite Kimmy to the bonfire?" I asked him looking down at my feet.

"Are you jealous Love?" He replied giving me a a wink.

I let out a fake laugh "No."

"I have a feeling you are."

"No"

"Yes!"

"No!"

By the time we finished arguing we were already at my house. Harry lead me up the stairs of my porch,but before I could open the door he gave me a tight hug, giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Ill pick you up tomorrow." He whispered.

"Ok bye Harold." I replied giving him a quick Peck on the lips.

He winked and walked away. I opened the door and walked upstairs to my bedroom locking the door;crawling into bed. I shut my eyes and drifted asleep.
