When they walked out in their uniforms I realized that Charlie wasn't playing which made me sad, but knowing he did it so Adam could play made me feel good. They looked very professional, even Lester did.  After 2 long periods the ducks came out in their jerseys Charlie looked up at me and I winked knowing he had part in it. The game was going well, we were coming back and their was going to be a shoot out. Up first was Russ, he made it in as well as the Iceland player. Guy was next he made it but luckily Iceland missed. Then Dwane went and sadly missed causing Iceland to catch up.  Then Fulton went and of course made it in a long with Iceland. Adam went next epa d even with his injury he still made it. 

Finally it was the last shot, Gunner was up to hit and Bombay had switched Goldberg for Julie. Julie looked him In the eyes as he skated her counting the movements. At three he swung, she put her hand out making all of us wonder is got it. Then Julie stood up and dropped the puck out of her hand. The crowd cheered dramatically as they all went onto the ice to celebrate the win. I ran down the stairs and on to the ice, forgetting that I can't skate. Luckily Charlie was there to help me get on the ice safely. We jumped around with the USA flag and I went up to Charlie and hugged him hoping he would hug back, and to my surprise he did. All you could hear were the team screaming at the sight of Charlie and Ella and screaming coming from the crowd as they celebrated the win.
