Nathan ran in the middle of the woods, while looking at the overhead branches trying to spot something.
Soon enough he did, as he saw a white owl perched on a branch staring at him and he stopped, pulling his phone out of his pocket, it was already on an active call to his phone at home as he immediately said;
"I see one."
'I have six visions on you.' came Hope's reply from the other side and he tried a little harder to spot more of her owls, and he could only three more.
"Good."
'And I have one on the pit.' she added, and he sighed as he warned her.
"They have a natural cycle Hope, don't push these birds or they will die."
'I know, it's sleeping right now.' replied Hope to while he just chuckled as he mused how Hope was already doing amazing in her magic lessons. Soon enough what he can teach her would be over and then she could focus on developing her own style of magic.
But for now he simply decided to say; "Good, I'll be there soon.", and started to head back home.
At their place, Hope, who was on their bed with her Grimoire open in front of her, she closed it as she released a yawn.
The lessons and everything else the two of them did was starting to tire her out but whenever she saw Nate's excited face at either her magic achievements or her 'accidentally' wearing his shirt she just couldn't stop him.
Before she could place the grimoire somewhere else and lie on the bed the door bell rang.
"That was fast." She commented as she started to move towards the door, thinking she might have locked the house behind Nate or he could have forgotten his keys, however when she opened the door to greet him she came face to face with Lizzie.
"Hope Andrea Mikaelson, I knew you would be shacking up with Nate the moment you got the chance."
Hope couldn't immediately comprehend what had just happened, and when she did - all she could say was,
"What? How do you —?!"
"Remember you?' Completed Liz, "I remember every little thing about you, ever since I woke up since the Oni was killed."
"But how?!" Hope asked the part that was most necessary, while she knew Nate had a way to do it - she didn't understand how Lizzie would know considering she knew very well he wouldn't bring anyone's memories back unless she asked him to, however her hope for an answer from Lizzie was wasted as she said;
"I don't know, but you should ask the master of all things black when he comes home."
As if waiting for his queue, Nathan entered the house, in middle of speaking something which was interrupted by Liz's presence in his house.
"Hey Ho - What the fuck are you doing here?"
"Speak of the devil," said Liz as she heard him, then she added; "I remember everything."
This confused Nathan, as he asked her to elaborate what she was talking about, not immediately thinking that she might be talking about Hope. "Elaborate, Liz."
"I remember Hope Mikaelson here," said waving towards the girl mentioned, "and all the drama you two created last year."
"How is this possible?" Asked Hope, while Nathan was focused on a different part of her sentence, "What Drama did we create?"
"Ask him." Liz chose to answer Hope as gears in Nathan's head were already spinning as he thought about all that had happened, he knew that Josie had absorbed the magic inside the sword - by the looks of what she accomplished by removing the demon from Liz and then sending it into the pit. He knew it was safe to say she absorbed the spell as well. The spell to banish evil things that was placed on the sword.
