Her eyes shoot up and sit up against the bed like she got daggers are stab into her chest. Her hands run over her chest and see nothing. Then a tear landed on her hand and she uncontrollably starts crying.

Gray snores loudly as her head is lying on Shiki's arm. Add snores too and is locked inside a birdcage beside the bed. The lights flash over them and Okita steps inside with her tanned counterpart.

"You can check on them and I take a look over to the nun."

Sakura Saber steps over to the opposite side of the hospital room and sees nothing new about the little nun's condition.

While both Okita checks the patients, Y/N and Artoria are talking with the doctor outside of the room. The glasses doctor scratches his nose and reads the patients' condition for them.

"Shiki L/N seems to be fine, but she is weirdly in a coma. We have tried every specialist doctor in the whole city and we sadly could not find anything."

"And the other girl?"

"Ah yes, we did a quick research on her and find her name is Caren Hortensia, her mother is dead and her father is not in the system. She is fine, but will have some incoming panic attacks of whatever she experience in that church."

"I see... How long does it take before Caren wakes up and did you call her guardian?"

"Anytime now and her guardian was the priest, so she got no guardians. After she wakes up, we will call the local orphanages."

"Okay... Thank you, doctor."

"You are welcome."

The hairless doctor left Y/N and Artoria at the door and the knight tugged his sleeve before Y/N could step inside the room.

"Are we going to leave the girl, Caren to the orphanages?"

"Yes, we can not take her in, Artoria. Magecraft World is something she never experienced before now. And I would not let an innocent girl like her entering that world. Gray and Shiki are only in the Magecraft World because of their origins. Caren, the nun does not have any connections to that."

Y/N answer the king and tries to step in, but Artoria holds his arm tighter.

"But she has no parents. No family left."

"The orphanages will be her new family."

"But... did Archer not say anything about her, someone you would hold dear in the future?"

"How do you know that?"

"Majin Okita told me... Why are you not taking her in?"

"... I am scared, Artoria..."

The king quickly let go of his arm and let Y/N step inside. She did not understand why, but his words weirdly affected her too.
