Majin Okita, the former Counter Guardian, has finally learned to make a dish and makes dinner with Y/N every day to learn more about the food world. Souji, the original Okita Souji, has her hand healed and is secretly learning how to steal a man's heart.

Y/N the least interested person in the household has in the end found some peace. Or he thought as the annoying voice reaches his ears in the kitchen.

"Y/N~"

Zelretch, the Wizard Marshall steps inside the room and smells the food in the oven. He claps his hands together as Majin Okita takes the baking tray out and places it in front of Zelretch.

"Chocolate chip cookies?! My favorites!"

The old man tries to take one, but Y/N slaps his hand away. Zelretch looks hurt by the harsh behavior from Y/N.

"Ouch... May this old man get a cookie, dear Majin?" She nodded and gives him one. Y/N sighs and takes a flat bowl out from the shelves.

"What now, Zelretch?"

"Just visiting my friend and his family." The Wizard Marshall steals another cookie as Y/N puts the baked cookies on the bowl plate.

"Quit your bullshit. Today is Shiki's fifteenth birthday."

"Yeah about that... The Mage's Association, Clock Tower to be precisely got a message from the Demon Hunter Organization about the Ryougi family is dead."

"Yeah? I do not know anyone named Ryougi." Y/N takes the cake as Majin Okita takes the bowl filled with cookies to the living room.

"Yeah father, why can you not accept Grandpa Zel is our grandfather?" Caren asks Y/N as he puts the cake down on the table.

"Grandpa Zel!" Gray with Souji emerges from the other door and the wizard awkwardly chuckles while Y/N's eye twitched in frustration.

"Calm down, Y/N, I told him to come." Souji message his shoulders, trying to calm her Master down from beating Zelretch into pieces.

"Why?"

"Because he is your friend and helped us in many situations." Majin Okita nodded to Souji's explantation and starts cutting the cake out to the girls.

"Could you get Artoria? She is outside and thinking again." Y/N sighs in defeat and Zelretch pumps his fist as a win. And the Master walks out to the hallway.

"Artoria, time to eat the cake." Y/N slides the glass door and sees the king is curled together on the grass. He waited for a response, but he could tell after a minute or two, Artoria is in deep thoughts again.

"What are you thinking now?" He takes quiet steps over to her and sits next to her.

"My Alter version..." Her head is buried in her legs, but Y/N heard her.

"You do not need to worry about that. As you told us, Merlin took you for a month to inspect you and granted you healthy."

"I know but... I got flashing pictures of me killing everyone when I close my eyes." She looks up at him with a trembling expression.

"Then close your eyes now." Artoria slowly closes her eyes after some moments of a puzzle.

"Do you see the flashing pictures now?" He asks while taking her hand into his.

"No."

"Good, open your eyes." Artoria opens her eyes and sees her holding his hand. Pink shades on her cheeks flash.

"You got me and the rest, Artoria. Just picture something cute like Gray and Caren." He stands and Artoria follows.

"Yes, something cute." She repeats the words as she and Y/N step inside the living room.

"Finally, now I get a bite of this beauty!" Zelretch has waited on Y/N and Artoria to appear before eating his cake. The girls follow their grandfather and the adults shakes their head.

"Maybe you are right about him, he is a bad influence on the girls." Souji walks up to them a plate of cake and immediately feels her radar is screaming about an enemy have entered the scanner.

"Holding hands with her, Y/N?! Why not me!?" Artoria quickly lets go of his hand embarrassed and dodges the fire out of Souji's mouth as she scolds her Master for being lewd and not holding hers.

"Here." Majin stops Artoria from walking further and sees the plate with a cake piece waiting to get eaten.

"Thank you, Majin." The king takes the plate and takes a bite. The taste surprises her. It is a good piece of cake.

"You made this, right? It tastes very good. You did a great job with it." The tanned woman looks down in embarrassment at the praise, but the king thought she said something bad and tries to fixes it.

Her eyes widened and the feeling of coughs went out immediately. She holds her chest in pain as she coughs violently. Then she notices the tube in her arm. She quickly rips it out and sits properly up.

She does not know where she is. The room in unfamiliar for her. She stands up and headed to the door as the machine blinks in colorful lights. Ignoring the machine, she weakly walks after the source of people. She hears loud talking and the voices sound very familiar.

Her head peeks into the room and notices her eyes from two girls as they almost ran into her.

"Big sis?" The shortest girl gasps in confusion and everyone turned around to the now awaken girl.

"Shiki?" Y/N is surprised and not just him. Everyone in the living room is surprised to see Shiki on her legs as she is lasted seen in a coma.

"You are awake, please do not stain yourself, sit here— Oof!" Shiki rushes into Y/N with her arms open and hugs the air out of him as she hugs him.

"Dad."

"My beautiful girl." She hears her father choking up and feels someone tightly wrapping their arms around her leg.

"Big sis is back!" Gray cries out in happiness.
