You and your boyfriend, Alberto, had been invited to a party which wasn't really forte. You see you personally have been the type with what others called 'social anxiety' meaning you couldn't  go to parties, family gatherings, anything where lots of people were, it was a big fat NO for you.

"It could be fun" Alberto smiled down at you putting his hands on your shoulders.

"B-but what if someone -"

"Nothing will happen sunshine, how about this I'll stay right by your side the whole entire time and if your having a hard time I'll take you home" he smiled happily.

You looked around and down at the floor then up to his eyes. They sparkled in hopeful ness, you nodded "okay.. BUT you absolutely have to stay"

"I promise sweetheart okay"

Later you had gotten dressed in a dark green almost black pullover hoodie and ripped jeans with brand new looking white shoes that Alberto had recently just bought you. "How do I-I look?"

His jaw dropped and you looked away in a bashful manner "You look...amazing "

"Thank you" your voice was near to a whisper but not quiet. After his compliments and getting ready himself you sat in the passenger side of the car while he drove to the party.

Getting there, the party had caused cars to block any space where you could park so you just parked around the corner and walked your way there. *Ring* Al- pushed the doorbell waiting until a male with brightly red dyed hair and black sunglasses opened the door giving alberto some weird type of hand shake you had never seen before. "Yoooo man whatsup"

"Nothin much man what about you?" he spoke holding you tight around the waist as you basically clung to his chest with your hand making a ball in his shirt.

"just chillin ..and who's this pretty little lady?" you hid your face like a shy child and he spoke for you

"Oh this is (y/n), my girlfriend" his voice projected almost louder than usual since one the music had gotten louder and two he had been proud to call you his.

"Right well nice to meet you (y/n)" he nodded your way clearly getting the vibe that you weren't someone to have a long conversation with and left you two to do what you wanted.

"Princess~" he looked down seeing one eye then a second "Hii~" his voice shot butterflies straight through your stomach and you looked away then back at him "im just joking sweetheart NOW do you want any food you hungry?"

"Mmm Yeah" you stared at the long table of food that had held anything edible that you could think of and there it was, a bag of your favorite chips and a few left over cans of soda. "Can you come with me?" you asked looking at him with the hunger that consumed you.

He nodded but was stopped by the time you both started to walk ,  his friend had started to talk to him and you waited and waited so instead you just walked away thinking 'it's fine that I leave just for a second right? ' your courageousness shown for a few seconds until the last thing you wanted happened.

"Just my luck... Oh hey there pretty little thing, come here alone? " yet another male had down at you pinning you to a wall as he held a red solo cup with what God only knows  inside.

"N-no I didn't... ALBE-"  he raised his voice at you when you tried to call out for your boyfriend.
"Hey now I just wanna talk " he spoke quickly stopping your call for help.

You had just wanted to be home, your legs felt weak and your lugs felt heavy with each breath you attempted to take. Your originally beautiful (e/c) eyes had tears starting to prick them but you held back any that threatened to fall.

Alberto had finally took notice of you and ran to your aid holding your cheek to his chest "shhh I gotachya now don't cry baby girl" he his head your shaking body.  "BACK OFF MY GIRL! " alberto hissed at the male.

"Hey I just wanted to talk to her damn" he scoffed walking away permanently.

Your social anxiety had made the night awful and on top of that you had been assaulted, not feeling your safe even around alberto you ran through the house and out the door to the car. You slid down the side that had been near the side walk and cried curling your legs up to your chest.

Alberto eventually caught up to you and stopped in front of you catching his breath. "What the heck (y/n) why did you run out? "

"I can't breath Berto ,  that guy started to talk to me and I dunno I -I just started to panic and the music was loud, you weren't around and-and *sniff* you know how I am with people and strangers" you could feel your heart palpitate through your chest.

He pulled you up to his chest and held you tightly "hey it's alright don't worry I won't ever make you do that again and I'll make sure your always around me, but I understand how you feel sweetheart I was like that when I was a child" he let out a light snicker after hearing you giggle in between sniffs and crys.

"Really? "

"Oooooh yeah I was a real nut case" he nudged your arm only to make you laugh harder than before. "Hey wanna grab a bite? "

"Mmhm" you nodded wiping off the tears from your cheeks.

"That's my girl" he smiled down at you unlocking the car and opening the door. You hopped in and he planted a kiss on your cheek buckling you.

"I can do that myself yah know"

"Yeah I know but I wanted too"

That night he drove you to your favorite local restaurant and you both went home happy and fed.
