Though m/n had never had that much fun in a while he reluctantly needed to get back home. A warm shower and fresh sheets were calling his name.
"Goodnight, m/n!" Tamaki waved as he walked to his side of the neighbourhood. M/n hummed while lazily waving to the other male.
"Night, suoh."
While m/n simply bombed on his bed, Tamaki took his sweet time to get into his matching pyjama set. He passed a few maids on his way upstairs and bid them goodnight as well.
Tamaki was truly loved by all. It was a gift and a curse. A double-edged sword, I should say.
And even after all of his plans to sit down and relax, he found himself staring at the white ceiling above him for minutes on end. His mind wouldn't stop wandering, his eyes refusing to close.
Why can't I sleep?! He whined inwardly and curled into a ball with his blankets.
What did his mind wander to exactly? The boy he had spent all evening with, of course. How could he not think about the new laugh? Oh, how he yearned to hear it again. He could put up with hours of teasing from his friends if it meant hearing it again. Even for a brief moment.
All of a sudden a phone was in his hand and he was clicking on the grumpy picture of a tired m/n.
Should I text him? He'll be mad at me tomorrow if I wake him now. It's almost midnight; he must be tired. I should let him sleep, shouldn't I?
But I really want to talk to him again...
