I smiled as the USA sued for peace with me getting a good chunk of the West coast and Alaska.... I smiled as I pronounced myself the Vietnamese empire!!! I then stayed in the Warsaw pact and began to focus on stabilizing my new lands and modernizing my entire army as I may have won with smarts but that won't happen forever..... I smiled as I begin to reach World power status.....
