7 Months Later
Harry's P.O.V.
"Happy Birthday, Munchkin!" Isabelle says as I open the door to my house with Cassie in my arms. Today is her second birthday and I decided to have a small family get-together held in my big backyard. Many people are here already: my mom, Robin, Gemma, aunts, uncles, cousins, the boys and their girlfriends, and a couple other people. Now that Izzy and David are here, that's everyone.
"Hey Izzy. Hey David, how you doin', buddy?" I say as Isabelle walks by, taking Cass out of my arms on the way. David and I talk for a few minutes, just catching up. We've met a couple other times since him and Iz have been dating for a few years. He's a really good guy.
"So.. Two years old, huh? Time sure does fly by." David chuckles. I laugh along and shake my head, amazed that my baby girl is already turning two.Two years old! I can't believe it.
"I know, man. It crazy. Soon she's gonna be in preschool, and then elementary school, then middle school, and then highschool where she'll find a boyfriend, and then BAM! They're having sex, and then- WAIT! She can't have sex! What if she gets preg-" I get caught off from my little rant by Gemma, who walks into the kitchen where David and I are standing.
"Whoa baby bro, calm your tits! She's only two! Chill." She laughs. I take a deep breath and laugh along. We all walk out to the backyard where everyone else is. Cassie, who is still being held by Isabelle, quickly notices me and squeals.
"Daddy!" I laugh and walk towards her to take her. A couple months ago, Cass started talking. I mean she isn't really talking in full sentences, but she's getting pretty close. I gently pry her from Izzy, who's distracted with talking to my mom about God knows what.
"Hi, Princess! Are you having a goodtime?" I ask. She giggles and nods her head.
"Cake!" She yells and points to her Princess Belle cake sitting on a table a few feet away. Beauty & The Beast is her favorite Disney movie of all time. She watches it all day long. Everyday. It gets kinda tiring, but it's okay.
"You want cake? Huh?" I ask. She nods again. I smile and turn around to tell everyone it's cake time.
"Cake time, everyone!" I yell. In seconds, everyone is surrounding the small round table. We all sing 'Happy Birthday' to Cass, who blushes and hides her face into my shoulder, causing us to laugh. Soon the cake is being cut and past around.
When everyone has their cake, I take a piece and sit down at the patio table with Cassandra on my lap.
"Hey bro." Gemma says as she hits me in the back of the head and takes a seat in front of me. I shake my head and laugh, continuing to feed Cass.
"Hey, Gem. How's it going?" I say. She smiles and looks at Cass for a few seconds before answering.
"Nothing much. I can't believe she's already two. It seems like yesterday you and...her... were bringing this little munchkin home." She says, tears welling up in her eyes.
"Oh come on, Gem. Don't cry. If you cry, I'll start crying." I say, chuckling slightly. I look down at Cass, who's busy covering her face in the yellow icing. I smile lovingly down at my daughter, slightly overwhelmed with all of the love I feel for this little girl. It's unreal.
"Sorry." She says, wiping away the tears.
"It's fine. Let's talk about something else. So, are you seeing anyone?" Conversation continues between us for another 30-45 minutes. Gemma tells me about this new guy she's seeing. He sounds alright. I guess. In my opinion, nobody is good enough for my sister. We may argue a lot, but I love her and she deserves the best.
Two hours later everyone is getting ready to leave. I'm standing next to the front door with Cass in my arms, so we can say goodbye to everyone.
"Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye." Cass says repeatedly to everyone that leaves out the front door. I laugh and say goodbye also.

Thirty minutes later, Cassie has already been bathed and put to bed. I walk back downstairs and clean up the mess that has been made today. I then walk outside to throw all of the garbage and things aimlessly thrown around away. I finish a few minutes later, suddenly getting tired. When I finish, I walk upstairs to take a quick shower and get ready to go to bed.
When I'm finished, I lay down under my dark grey duvet before turning my bedside lamp off. When I get settled, I think about everything that happened today. I can't believe my baby girl is two. I'm just angry that Tiffany hasn't been around. I wonder if she even feels guilty for missing her childs life at all. Probably not. After mentally cussing Tiffany out for a few minutes I finally fall asleep.
