Her Love Intrest

Claire's pov:

Finally, the first day of sophomore year has arrived! I've waited for this moment for so long. I walked through the gates of the school and met up with my friends, they ran up and hugged me all at once. "I am soo excited! New classes, new students, new guys...." Amber, one of my closest friends says while looking at me. "Pfft there are never any new g-" As I was in the middle on my sentence a tall unknown guy was walking near us. I could tell he was lost, so I reached my hand out. "Hey! Are you new here?" I stopped him with my hand and he gave me a smile that would be burned into my memory. "Yea.. where is class room 317?" he asked me as he looked down at my awkward face. "Oh, that my first class, we can walk there together!" I said with a huge grin. As we walked, all I could think about was how pretty he was. He had dirty blond hair that covered his eyebrows and eyes the color of molasses. He was about four or five inches taller than me and was extremely kind to me. All I could do was watch him as he talked,"m'lady.." he had opened the door for me and gestured for me to enter. "Why thank you." I said in the most posh way possible. We both laughed and walked in, we sat next to each other in one of the back rows. As we were talking, waiting for class to start, I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn around and see him. "Hey Too-san!" he said to me mocking my last name, I roll my eyes at him, "Aw Patrick don't be jealous that i'm talking to a guy that isn't you." I said with a grin hiding my annoyance for him. He gave me a snarky smile and walked over to the new student, "Don't worry, he doesn't bite." I reassured the newbie. Patrick sneered at me and shook his hand, I looked at them both shocked, "So you've met my friend Jacob.." I thought I was dreaming, how is my worst enemy friends with such a handsome guy like him!
