Bucky POV
Maybe i was wrong... maybe she does feel the same way. I'm shocked and full of butterflies but also i can feel everyone's eyes on us. Y/n gets up to leave and i can tell she feels embarrassed and awkward. I wasn't sure what to do but i realised that if I don't tell her now i might not get another chance to. So i grab her hand and as she turns around i hold her face in my hands and pull her closer. "You don't have to do this" y/n whispers. I pull her closer and softly kiss her lips. She seems to know what she's doing and kisses me back. I slowly pull away tracing her lips with my thumb. "You don't understand how long I've been wanting to do that for." I said quietly in y/n's ear. "And you have no clue how long I've wanted you to do that" she replied while blushing. I know we're not drunk so at least we'll remember this. We should probably talk but i dont want her to feel like she's being rushed into this so I'm gonna wait until she is ready. "Awwwwww" everyone starts says to us. She looks at me as if she's about to say something and i start to get worried that she regrets kissing me. "Can we go upstairs and watch a movie until we fall asleep, I'm tired." She asks. I laugh a little in relief "of course we can doll, lets go" we say bye to the group and walk upstairs to her room. We pick a movie and lay down on the bed.
Y/n POV
You cant believe that just happened. You're heart is racing and you have butterflies. Bucky is holding you in his arms as you both slowly drift of to sleep while watching the film. When you wake up you realised that you and bucky slept like that all night. It took you a minute to adjust to the fact that you and Bucky are actually more then friends. You lay there watching bucky sleep until he wakes up and catches you staring. "What you looking at doll?" Bucky mumbled in a sleepy voice. "God your hot." Your happy that you can finally say that out loud to him instead of thinking it.
"Is that so?" Bucky says while leaning in to kiss you. "Yeah it i-" bucky kisses you before you finish your sentence. He pulls your face in and you run your fingers up his neck and into his hair. "We should probably talk about us right?" You add. "Yeah probably" "I've liked you for quite a while buck and i hope that maybe, only if you want, we can see where this goes..."
"I'm so glad to hear you say that because i want that so much." Bucky smiled. "So y/n carter, will you go on a date with me? If that's what people still say?" "It will make me the happiest girl in the world" he picks you up and kisses you in joy. "Tonight?" You ask. "Yeah, 7pm dont be late or there will be consequences." "Sure thing Buck" you two laugh and go downstairs to see the rest of the group talking about what they remember. " heyyy there they are!" Bruce shouts. "Nat, Wanda can we talk i need help." You smile at bucky and walk into the other room with Wanda and nat.

"What's up y/n?" Nat questions. "Is this got to do with Bucky kissing you last night" Wanda smirked.
"Oh fun you remember that."
"We weren't that drunk so yeah we do"
"Anyways he asked me to go on a date with him."
"And.. what did you say?" Wanda says with an exited look on he face. "I said yes but he didn't tell me where we are going." The girls look at each other and then look back at you. "Finally!!" They both scream.
Bucky's POV
As soon as y/n left the room I turn straight to Steve. "Something happened." I go to tell them but before i get out the words Tony says "we know you kissed y/n last night."
"Great but something else happened. I'm taking her on a date tonight and i wanna surprise her so i need help." I explained. They all look shocked and i add "so you guys in?" " of course well help" Steve tells me. "Great, any ideas?" I haven't done this in a while so i gonna be very useless at this. "I'm thinking fun date at the beach?" Peter suggests. "Or the movies?" Thor adds. "Nah fancy restaurant." Steve blurts out. "Science museum" Bruce adds in. Tony comes over to me and goes "How has the kid come up with the best idea yet?" "I have no clue so I'm going with the kids idea." i reply. Y/n, nat and Wanda all walk back in. We all eat breakfast and just laze about for a few hours. "Hey buck can we talk quickly?" Y/n asks me. "Yeah of course" she drags me out of the room. " can you tell me where we are going tonight so that i can find what to wear?" I want to surprise her so I decide not to tell her so all i say is "just wear whatever, I'm not saying where we are going its a surprise. Just remember, meet me outside and don't be late." She reply's with  "okay okay i wont be late." She smiles and walks up to her room. I cant believe that the best girl on this earth is going on a date with me. A few more hours pass and its almost 7 so i go get ready and wait for her outside. My hearts racing and my stomach feels warm as i count down the minutes. When i turns 7 i look around for her and i cant see her so i feel like she isn't coming.. minutes go past and i get more and more worried. Someone opens the door so i turn around and see her standing there. " sorry sorry sorry i know I'm late i was getting my jacket." She says bust i dont answer because i cant get over how pretty she looks. "Hello earth to Bucky." She starts waving her hand in front of my face. I look up and say "yeah sorry, i told you there would be consequences if you were late doll" " i know i know I'm sorry, so where are we going?" She asks. I grab her hand and walk her towards the path. "Buckyyy where are we going?" I dont answer and keep leading her to the path. I turn her around and blindfold her so that she cant see where I'm taking her. " buck stop it just tell me where you're taking me." She giggles. "You look absolutely gorgeous by the way." I tell her even tho I'm still don't answering her question. "Bucky wh-"  i interrupted her by saying "you'll see soon doll. My heart is racing. I'm scared that she wont like it and i dont wanna fuck this up. We reach the beach and we walk over to where i set the date. "Okay we are here." I say while talking off her blindfold.
