Chapter 42

Abigail

I can't believe the way he shouted at me then walked out. How dare he. I was livid.

I stormed off to see my boys who were playing outside with some other kids.

" absy absy" little lily shouted running up to me "hello sweetheart where's mummy?"  She pointed over to the bench Sofia was on her phone i put Lily down " go play lils" she runs off playing in the Wendy house.

I walk to Sofia " is everything ok?" I ask her

She looked at me and put her phone away " yes it's just michael Scott's brother, he asked me out on a date last weekend I went all is great but now he's off with me"

Strange michael Is so caring and kind, nothing like any of his brothers. " he's probably got a lot on he's training with his dad but he doesn't want anything to do with the mafia but he's got no choice"

Sofia smiled " yes he told me that, he said he feels trapped and being with me is like a form of escape"

I smiled " see, Mickey wouldn't lie sof"

Sofia's phone begin to ring she looked down " it's him" I nodded " go talk to your man"

I walked over to where Riley and liam were playing

" mommy" they both said in unison. It's funny we've been in America now for 5ish months and they sound like little Americans already probably picking it up from the other little children.

I play with my boys lils And Sofia with the swing ball in the garden for a good hour laughing and joking having a laugh. Just what I needed.

After I put the boys to bed and headed to the cinema with sof to watch a movie she seemed to be in a happier mood then before.

" how was everything with  Michael?" I asked her

She looked at me and grinned " perfect Abs he told me about the training he's been on and how he's stressed over the deal with Amy. We're going cinema tomorrow and Tgi Fridays"  Sofia looked so happy.

I hadn't even been on a date with Scott yet, it's been one thing after another.

" ay Abs why don't you and Scott come too we could have a double date"

" thanks sof but I don't think Scott would allow it, we've been falling out and he said I can't leave"

Sofia smiled " leave it with me, anyway what movie shall we watch?"

We looked through the movies deciding to watch 17 again with a gorgeous young Zack efron I still loved this movie.

We ate popcorn and sweets drank cola and slush from the machine we had such a good time together.

When the movie had finished we went our separate ways. I didn't want to go to bed where Scott was so I went to sleep on the sofa but sat there was Louise crying.

" lou what's wrong? I asked sitting next to her

Lou wiped her eyes " oh hi Abs, it's my mother. She's been dead 5 years today and my dad didn't even check up on me"  my eyes widened " lou why didn't you tell me when I was in your room earlier?"

Lou looked down " I didn't wanna burden you, you had your own problems going on"

" oh lou, no you need to tell me these things, come here" I gave her a big cuddle and wiped her eyes

" shall we have a drink?" I grinned

She nodded her head.

I went into Scott's bar at the far end of the house and brought back a bottle of pink gin vodka sambucca and a bottle of lemonade.

We turned the music up had shots of vodka sambucca even gin we had been drinking for a good 2 hours it was 1.30am I was definitely drunk. Stumbling round dancing to shut up and dance with me, singing at the top of my lungs Louise doing the same.

I notice a young lad walk past to the kitchen laughing "'excuse me who are you?" I asked

He leaned against the door muscles bulging from his top gorgeous face smirking at me " I'm Jason the cousin" he said with a wink

He walked over to me until he was nearly touching my face, he smelt of cigars and alcohol.

I started dancing with him laughing he stopped me learned in and kissed me, I wasn't thinking straight it was the alcohol, I kissed him back, he pushed me into the wall looking into my eyes " what's your name beautiful?"

Lou stood watching swaying drunk as a skunk . "SCOTT" she shouted

"'Wait what?!" I said looking around

Scott grabbed me back and pushed me against the wall. He then went and grabbed Jason and punched him in the face " Jason what the fuck are you doing?"

" Scott!" I shouted
He looked At me, his eyes went dark and angry
" get the fuck to bed now Abigail, your drunk!" Scott shouted

" but but"

He came towards me his arms both at the side of my head " I said now! Abigail go! And you Louise now bed both of you"

Louise looked at me and we both went to bed.

Scott

What the fuck did I find I went looking for Abigail only to find her kissing my cousin. I'm not fucking having this. I was angry I sent her and Louise to bed they were both drunk. I punched my cousin Jason for kissing Abigail what the hell was he doing here.

" now Jason I'll ask you again. What the fuck are you doing with my girlfriend and why are you here ?" I grip him by the collar

" first Scott get the fuck Off me and your dad asked me to come said you need more men. And fucking hell Scott since when do you have girlfriends  I didn't know cuz honestly. Sorry" Jason said backing away straightening his collar

" well I didn't until I met Abigail, she's off limits touch her again and I'll personally rip every nail off your fingers and toes then blow your brains out" I said to Jason  holding my gun to his head

" always the welcoming one ay Scott. I'll choose my own room, laters  taters"

I grabbed him by the throat " you cocky little bastard are you not listening to me. Even breath near her and I'll kill you family or not. Now get the fuck out my sight"

He looked at me and put his head down and walked off. Jason was 27 and the most cockiest lad I'd ever come across I'd happily put a bullet in his head.

I better head back to the room and make sure Abigail is in bed she's really drunk.
