Standing up in front of everyone to receive the title of the mafia king was an honour I'd trained along side my dad and Samuel for years the men already respected me they knew I was going to be their leader some day. Samuel lost that honour the second he lifted his hands to our mother he sickened me.

I beckoned Abigail to join me I wanted my queen by my side. Abigail came and stood next to me and pink flashed her cheeks, my queen was embarrassed, I don't blame her there are over 500 mafia kings queens and members here tonight. I tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear she looked at me and smiled, my heart burst I couldn't help but smile back and kiss her hand.

I inhaled and pulled Abigail closer wrapping my arm around her waist " this is my queen , Abigail treat her with respect she isn't an object. When I become king of the mafia she becomes the queen" I say.

Everyone cheers " welcome Abigail" everyone shouts. The thing is the mafias here tonight most of Them are like family and will welcome Abigail with open arms the other half might hold her against me see her as my weakness, they wouldn't be wrong one thing I know is that everyday I fall deeply in love with her my unexpected queen and I will do everything in my power to protect her and them two boys Riley and Liam her sons 'our' sons they are my family now and I will treat them as if they were my blood sons.

" welcome Everyone now it's time for me to step down from Mafia leader, retire to a wonderful life with Tanya and my boys, we also welcome Abigail and her two sons Riley and Liam two wonderful little boys who I will welcome and treat as my own blood grandchildren" I smile and look over to Tanya her face is beaming with proudness I still love that woman like we was still teenagers.

" now SCOTT RICHARDO COSTELLORE do you accept to become the leader of the COSTELLORE mafia? To lead but treat them with respect, to show no mercy to the enemy, to protect your own even if it ends in death itself?"

Scott looks at me with his chest stuck out and his head held high, I knew my son would be a great mafia leader he was ready.

" I accept to become the leader the king of the COSTELLORE mafia, to respect my men and lead them with true leadership. I accept to show no mercy to the enemy and protect my own even if it results in my death, I accept father. I scott COSTELLORE welcome the crown to become the king of the mafia, my men raise your hand and be known to your leader" scott says with confidence

I smiled inside but held a firm expression, show no emotion is what my father taught me and what I taught my family. The truth was I was very proud of scott he will make a great leader.

All the men from our mafia family held their guns in the air Shouting " we accept you as our leader"

" scott sign the mafia book please" I said giving scott the pen.

Once scott and I signed the book he was the mafia leader he would now take over and lead his way. I know he will do me proud.

" congratulations son, go see to your men, I'm very proud boss" I said smiling and shaking scott's hand.

I was now the boss of the fricking mafia! Me and my queen side by side will rule the mafia it's time  to take up the responsibilities of ordering shipments handling drugs and guns time to step up to the mark and make my father my grandfather and my queen proud! Let's Do this.

The back of the hall shaking hands and greeting people as I pass full of congratulations introducing Abigail to everyone I met .

" how does it feel mr mafia king?" Abigail asked me with me a smile and a squeeze of the hand

I looked down at my baby girl " on top of the world my queen and even better with you by my side" I say and nudge her. If only she knew the love I already have for her radiating off of me.  " hey let's get out of here I want to show you something" I say to her.
I signal for my security team to follow me out.
