I WANT TO TELL YOU............

SHANAYA'S POV

I smiled as I gazed into vikram's love filled eyes . his thumb rubbing the back of my palm, we made our way to the top of the snowy mountain. the stunning cherry blossom was tall and lofty. i let go of vikram's hand and ran to the cliff's edge .

"wow.......its so pretty" I murmured ,admiring the splendid sunset and slightly purple clouds.

"yes it is " I heard vikram utter in his deep voice, but when i looked at him he was looking at me the whole time. I blushed at his actions.

he slowly wrapped his arms around my waist , sending shivers down my spine . eventually i gave in and wrapped my arms around his neck . we both advanced in a tight hug when vikram bent to my ear and murmured-

"I love you Shanaya ..."

suddenly I woke up from the marvelous dream .

END OF SHANAYA'S POV

Shanaya woke up in disappointment in her heart she wanted her dream to last longer, but after all its a dream, it leaves sooner or later, just like every good thing in her life ,at least that's what she thought.

shanaya noticed that her bed feels different, rather uncomfortable , later realized that this wasn't her bed at all . she saw a hospital room , but a weirdly very luxurious hospital room. she saw a couch and a wrinkled blanket on it , as if there was someone sleeping on it just a moment ago. she shrugged it off and tilted her head a bit to look out  the huge window , she gasped when she noticed that it was already evening .

she tried to lift the silk and woolen sheets off her and stand , but couldn't as she was still a bit weak , however just sat there at the edge of the bed, recollecting her memory. 

' he cried'

'why?'

'he was upset"

'why?'

'he was in a bad mood '

'why?'

' he makes me feel loved'

'why? ....why when i know he doesn't'

her thoughts were interrupted by a click of the door, shanaya saw a nurse silently coming in the room, holding a tray of medicines , but get scared when she saw her sitting on the bed. she smiled and made her way to shanaya-

"did you rest well , mrs. Roy ?" the nurse asked in a low yet sweet voice

"yes , i did" shanaya said , reciprocating a smile .

"why exactly am i here ? the last thing i remember was that i was in my room " shanaya questioned the nurse. 

"well for starters , you starved yourself, also were dehydrated and seemed to been stressing yourself  when you entered the ER ... we shifted you to the VIP room and you were sleeping ever since. "the nurse replied while placing the tray of medicines on the corner table.

"oh...... so who bought me here ...dadu?" shanaya asked in confusion, only to see the nurse blush and giggle . shanaya was flustered , she looked up to the nurse with a expression that read out .CONFUSION. 

" you were carried here by your husband ......." the nurse said still blushing 

"HUH??!!?" Shanaya almost chocked on air , leaving the nurse bursting in to laughter 

" i gotta say , he carried you all the way here in bridal style. he was panicking more than the ER nurses . it was so cute, but also sad..." she continued 

" sad .....?" shanaya asked not understanding why would she be sad

" he kept crying and crying and crying with just one word on repeat...........".I'm sorry".......... even though i don't know why he  was apologizing but it was still heart clenching to see him in that state....." the nurse answered while searching through her memory .

" he didn't leave your side once , trust me i was there . he sat right there , holding your hand and begging you to wake up ....only after someone called him for the sixth time did he go out . poor thing , you woke up right after he went ........." the nurse said pointing towards the other end of the bed

shanaya was dumbfounded on the nurse's words.

"he truly loves you .....you're very lucky mrs.Roy" she continued 

"how do you know that ?" shanaya asked , unconvinced of her words 

"it's the way he looks at you ........ the emotion in his eyes are very deep....i've seen many patients , i've seen many eyes and the real emotions in them ....some are corrupted , some don't care, some care more than required ...........but when i saw mr.Roy's eyes there was nothing but love and worry . don't lose a man like that miss" the nurse replied with confidence.

"really........?" shanaya asked with warm eyes 

"of course , i have to go now , dont forget to take your medication mrs.Roy . bye !" the nurse informed and exited through door. 

shanaya was deep in her thoughts , thinking about everything the nurse said , when suddenly-

'  don't leave me , i cant live without you ... there's nobody else in my heart . its only you and always will be ' 

she recalled vikram's words . overwhelmed with emotions , she asked herself-

"does vikram love me.......?" 

suddenly she heard the door open with a bang , revealing vikram, panting as if he ran here . vikram's eyes started to warm up . he took slow steps towards shanaya . and then finally hugged her which shanaya didn't refuse -

"what a relief , you're finally awake .." vikram said with a cracking voice as if he was going to cry. shanaya smiled as she felt so good in his arms .

suddenly vikram retreated , leaving shanaya confused and disappointed-

"im sorry shanaya , i shouldn't have hugged you" vikram said and was about to leave the room

 shanaya grabbed his hand and hugged him . her being shorter she hugged only his lower body . vikram could'nt resist he hugged her back too.

"im sorry vikram....." she hugged him tighter 

she lifted her head slowly to meet his gaze . both of them with tear filled eyes .vikram caressed her face .-

"you are an idiot why'd you do this to yourself ! , if something would've happened to you i would never forgive myself . i would've killed myself with guilt,"

shanaya rapidly covered vikram's mouth to stop him from saying anything bad about himself .

"shut up!... don't say stuff like that . what am i gonna do without you?"

vikram's pupils dialated . he somehow thought that maybe shanaya liked him too .he now didn't wanted to waste more time . he didn't want to loose her . he wanted to protect her but with the real title of her husband . he looked into shanaya's eyes and pulled her closer 

"shanaya , i wanna tell you something . i wanted to tell this  to you long back but  something always came in the middle  but i will tell you today for sure ..." vikram said in a slow and affectionate voice.

" shanaya ..I......"
