"Bye Soonie! Bye Doongie! Bye Dori!" Minho says bye to his cats as he leaves his campus apartment. The whole reason of him not living in a dorm and paying more for an apartment is because he couldn't have his cats in the dorm. He wasn't having that either. Wherever he goes, his cats go.
As he leaves his apartment building, his soft smile drops to his resting face. As he had no other happiness but his cats so he found no reason to smile outside of his apartment.
He walks across campus to get to his class. Ignoring the smiles and waves of people who knew him but he didn't care to know.
Only paying attention in getting to class and coming back home to his cats.
As he walked through an archway that lead down a walkway of a building, he heard some arguing. Going to ignore it before he heard a meow sound. His cat father instinct kicking in as he followed the sound.
He rounds the corner to see a group of guys huddled around someone. Minho didn't care as he looked for the cat he heard.
That's when he caught a glimpse of the person the group was huddled around.
A boy with pretty blonde hair and star like freckles decorated his cheeks.
What caught Minho off guard was the white cat ears on top of his head and a white tail to match was swaying behind him. He sat on his knees with his hands covering his face. He was shaking as if he was crying.
"Hey!" Minho calls out as he made his way over.
"Scram!" One of the guys shout before they all took off running.
The blonde hair boy looked up surprise as he seen the male cautiously walk up to him.
"Hey kitty boy. I'm here to help. Don't worry." Minho crouched down and held his hand out.
The boy slowly put his hands to the ground and crawl closer to actually sniff his hand.
"See. I'm mean no harm, kitty boy. Are you hurt?" Minho asked making the boy sit back on his knees and shake his head.
"Good. Do you live here on campus?" Minho questions further. The boy shaking his head again.
"Where do you live- wait, first I should ask if you talk?" Minho says.
"Little." The boy held up a little sign with his pointer and thumb.
"I'm Minho. Do you have a name?" Minho admire the way his ears flicker in inserted.
"Felix but call Lixie." He smiles.
"That's a lovely name. Are you foreign?" Minho sat down more comfortably on his butt. His back against the wall. Class no more on his mind.
"Parents Korean. Me born Australia." Felix explains.
"That's so cool. How did you end up here?" Minho fire off another question.
"Find friends. Sungie and Channie." He pulls out a paper from his pocket and hands it too him.
Minho took it and read over it. Seeing the name Han Jisung and Bang Chan with the address of this college in scratchy handwriting.
"I think these names are familiar. Maybe we can look around later. You look tired. Would you like to come back to my place and rest for a bit?" Minho hands the paper back.
"Food?" Felix tilts his head.
"Meaning you want some food? I have some." Minho nods as he stands and dust his clothes off. Then offering a hand to Felix.
The cat boy slid his smaller hand into Minho's and let himself be pulled up.
"Here. You're cold." Minho took took off his denim jacket and puts it around his smaller frame. The boy only wearing a thin sweater and leggings with the weather being almost below fifty.
"So appreciate." Felix giggles.
"You mean, thank you." Minho corrects him making Felix mumble the words to himself.
"T'anks you." He slurs the words a bit but gives a proud smile like he said it right.
"We'll work on it."

As Felix plays with the cats and their toys, having a full belly of food and taking a short cat nap, he was more then energetic and ready to play.
Minho was busying doing research on his laptop. Trying to find more information on hybrids.
Not finding much as it was all talking about them being mythical creatures. Only being heard in stories and movies.
"Hey kitty boy! Kitty boy!" Minho shouts making him hear a loud whine from the other room.
The hybrid made his way into the room with the three cats trailing behind him. Minho smiling fondly at the sight as they weren't ones to warm up to new people easily.
"Yes?" He climbs onto the couch next to him. Sitting with his legs under his body.
"I can't find much on your kind. Do you know anything?" Minho asked closes his laptop and sits it aside.
"Mommy was hybrid. Daddy was human. Made me." Felix nods.
"I figured. Why did they let you come out here all alone?" Minho asked.
Felix frowns as he looks down, playing with his fingers.
"They no know I'm here." He shakes his head.
"What? Felix! They must be worried!" Minho stands and goes to grab his phone.
"No! Bad people! Hurt Lixie!" Felix exclaims as he stands to grab Minho's arm from grabbing the phone.
"What do you mean?" Minho stops from grabbing the phone.
"They need money. Gave Lixie to people. People hurt Lixie." Felix explains and wipes his eyes.
"I'm so sorry, kitty boy." Minho's voice turn soft as he hesitantly reached up and rubs his ears.
"That's why Lixie came to Sungie and Channie. Best friends." Felix leans into the touch. Letting out soft purrs.
"Tomorrow I promise to take you to them. Okay?" Minho says making Felix look up with a smile.
"So appreciate!" Felix flings himself around Minho. The older stumbles but quickly regains his balance to hold the hybrid up.
"You know what, not even going to correct you. You're too cute."
