Chapter 13

Sam POV

Walter had cleaned me up more or less. Everyone left to let me sleep. I soon got up and felt different. Like a sense of wisdom and power has washed over me. I felt outwardly calm but inwardly a ugly sad mess. To clear my head I decided to have a shower and clean up. After changing and calming my mental storm I walk back out to the main part of the room, Reds sitting in a chair while the bed sheets have been changed and all that. I look at Red, his eyes are full of questions. I close my eyes and let my mind travel to Integra and Walter. All curious about me...

"Red, you'll all find out soon..."

I say that was I walk out into the night and away. This time I mentality talk to Red and tell him I will come back so don't fuss. I sit up in a tree, the cool night air calming me. I feel mean but I focus on Integra and her thoughts. She was going to send Red on a mission that police were failing at... The realization stuck me so hard I feel out of my damned tree. Tonight was the night Searas Victoria would become a vampire for Hellsing! Police girl is showing up soon! Wh-

"Hey girl are you ok?"

A mans voice cut my thoughts short, I lightly sniff he wasn't a vampire, he was just a genuine human man walking round at about 11 at night...

"Uh I'm fine thank you."

"Oh that's a relief, you should get going home, there bound to be bad people out this late."

"I'll head home now, thank you for the concern."

He nods and goes his way, leaving me to awkwardly sigh. God. I was sitting underneath a tree again thinking then another thing came a shock to me. I got this gut feeling that rubbed me the wrong way when I though of Alucard drinking anyone else's blood. Shit!!! Don't mean anything stupid emotions! I discard the thought of any possible emotions for Red. Then I realized this is what the foolish character does. Push away feelings only to have them come back and hurt them then again with Hellsing anime Red was shipped with Integra and Police girl... 'But I want him' that thought alone almost made me choke. These feelings were real and I should probably try get myself places by pushing them. Though they thought of Red using me did displease me, there was also another unnamed feeling in the mix of the thought. I slap my face and go back to thinking about what Red was seeing. He just walked up the the vampire with ghouls, then vampire was now using the girl as his shield. By her reactions I could tell if Red asked if she were a virgin. She would soon be a Draculena. I sighed and started to walk back. I soon was back inside I sat on the steps leading upstairs facing the door waiting for them all to come back.

20 minutes later

I heard stomping after I felt them pull up. Integra burst through the doors clearly pissed, Walter looked a tired and annoyed. Red on the other hand was grinning like no tomorrow. Good god this will be a long night. Integra stormed past me, also giving me a signal to follow her. Walter and Red took Seras downstairs to what would be her room.

"Do you want to know what that 'master' of yours has done Sam?"

"Actually Sir Integra, I believe I understand a little if the situation."

She raised her eyebrows at that, as if telling me to say what I thought happened.

"Basically I'm guessing there'll be a whole bunch of details there but Red tried saving the Police girl by turning her, then he brought her to you and probably requested she be given a chance here... Or something like that."

Integra looked impressed.

"Yes that is basically what has happened. With a few other details as well but by the looks of it you don't seem to care that much more."

We ended up smirking at each other

"Its going to be days soon... Tomorrow night will be very long I'm thinking."

I sigh as I say this causing a slight laugh from Integra.

"I'd recommend getting rest then, you'll probably have to help her you know."

Integra sounded down to business again,

"Right, I'll be going now, I think sleep is recommend for the both of us, it must be hard staying up all day and most of the night..."

I got a 'hm' and a sigh from Integra as I walked out and downstairs. Back in my room I shower and change. Red sits down in a chair by my bed as I sit down on the bed,

"Sir Integra will get mad if you keep turning people at this rate you know"

I decided to go with this smart ass attitude.

"Hm is that so... Seems like something she'd get get mad at."

"What's with that calm reply?"

"Nothing much... What about you, what's with the hint of emotions in your head?"

"Emotions in my head?"

"If I were to point the emotions I can tell your feeling would be... Maybe depression and are you jealous?"

"Jealous? Didn't think so... Wait how'd ya get all that info!?"

Red bursts into a fit a deep laughter, it calmed me but I guess I'm a little one of those types who don't go for emotions so I get all fake annoyed at him. His laughter soon dies down and he leans in to my face,

"Are you jealous I bit someone else?"

His tone of voice serious and demanding, he was using his power as my master to get me to answer. I was embarrassed and confused do I listen or using my beings power to refuse my masters order to answer honestly. Ah well.

"I guess I am jealous, but I fail to understand why I'm jealous of someone who I don't know s-"

Red cut me off grinning. In a few movements he pushed my rather awkwardly on the bed and pinned me down, well he wasn't really touching me or anything like that. The only thing dirty about the situation was how he hovered over me, that was only for one reason though. I see it as a tease. He moved the hair from my neck, his hat and glasses already on the table beside the bed. My head had been tilted to my right and I could feel his warm breathe on my bear neck. I felt a mix of things as he licked my neck as even more of a tease. Then he bit me, it wasn't a rough bite but it wasn't gentle either. I could feel and hear him drinking my blood, a confusing mix of feelings jolted through me because of his actions some more noticeable ones were dull pain, the fact the whole thing felt like a tease and unwanted pleasure. After a few moments Red finished and moved away from me. I felt weak from that and j most certainly did not expect him to say what he did,

"Why would your blood keep getting sweeter every time I drink it?"

A purely confused and curious question

"I don't know. I'm tired now... Ask me tomorrow..."

With that I curled up asleep for the day.
