Chapter 16

The emotions in Red's eyes started to flow into me all the love, curiosity, lust and protectiveness. When I came back to reality I was mere centimeters away from his face. Looking him in his eyes his glasses gone I felt a blush crawl onto my face I knew this man was my mate. Just as he knew I was his.
"Guess at least one theory is right."
I whisper as he closes the gap my lips moving on their own accord against his, then he suddenly moved until I was pressed up against a wall our lips tightly pushed together, his tounge slowly licked my bottom lip asking to enter my mouth, as I was about to give in a bunch of footsteps were heard coming down the stairs. We broke apart taking in unnecessary big breaths I just heard him utter something under his breath,
"Next time we won't be disturbed."
Then after regaining my composure the door swings open and I'm sitting on my bed still dressed and more awake.
"Well. What's going on with you?"
Integra asked sounding a mix of things, I would consider her concerned, confused, stressed and tired by the looks of her so I tried to answer best,
"I'm still trying to figure out the whole story myself so..."
I awkwardly smile and sigh I was assuming that I was a pure vampire because of the inordinary happening surrounding me been turned. Integra sighed at sat there thinking for a minute before saying.
"I'm going to figure you out one day."
That caused me to give a small laugh and smile.
"Well I just hope I figure me out first."
With that she and Walter took their leave Integra hinting Seras to leave as well. Alone in the room with Red I shut my eyes, my head started to ache badly. My eyes opened as I got a spinny feeling once my eyes opened they couldn't focus, my vision blurred and I felt like I was rolling. It was a horrible feeling and made me sick.
"Sam?"
Red's voice was audible and everything soon cleared until my senses returned, I only wish I could say the same for my emotions. There were 3 very clear emotions and feelings that were vivid. Pain and sorrow, lust and hunger, I also felt outwardly cold but inside I was a warm mess of emotions, Red soon came closer. My vision became clearer and I felt my eyes both turn red. The lust and hunger was probably from vampiric blood lust, loss of blood and some sort of 'mate' addiction. The only thing I knew and let him read in my mind was I needed blood, his blood. My stable mental state starting to falter I knew if I didn't get his blood soon I would do something I'd regret something terrible.
"There's no need to hold back you know."
Red's voice made some of the lust grow, he pushed me against the wall and loosened his collar, his bare neck now been unresistable I bare my fangs and bite into his neck the lust and hunger replaced by a calmer emotion after a while I stopped and realized I was gripping his shirt. A smile spread across his face.
"Well that gave you away Ms pureblood. Looks like your the prime case of rare."
"How do you k-"
"Well I know as much as we're supposed to be mates and what you experienced was something a pureblooded vampire can go through when they first awaken. Its been commonly known as pure bloodlust. Its a next step up from extreme starvation but doesn't actually mean your starving more craving, it doesn't happen often but if you did not get my blood you may have rampaged in common cases that is anyway."
"Well fuck... Aren't I lucky, though I do guess every great power comes with a greater downfall."
"That's wise words to say."
"You not like me been smart?"
"Its not that but it's a bit different to the smart ass attitude isn't it?"
"I guess, but I can only control half of the crap I come out with."
"That is more like you."
He grinned the gently kissed my forehead, lying my down,
"You had better rest. I think we have a mission with Police girl later."
I nodded, the last thing I seen was him disappearing through the wall before falling asleep.
