It's been a few days since Alice and Shin became official. It felt awkward because they still slept in different bedrooms. Alice is too scared to ask shin if they could sleep together and vice versa. They only been going on small, cute yet romantic dates since they both have lots of work piled on. Alice couldn't wait for all his work to be done so he can hang out with Shin..

However, Shin works 24/7 and everytime Alice comes home he can see how focused his partber was -- his eyebags and empty energy drinks on his desk because he was dedicated to finish his work. Alice would always think of a way to get him off of the seat; this consists of him carrying him to his bedroom everytime. But this day he wanted to sleep with him, or perhaps cuddle.

As he went inside the shared apartment they had, he sees Shin not in his workplace.. Instead he was laying down on the couch, waiting for his lover to come home.

"Hello Shin." Alice spoke, making the other flinch from the sudden voice. "I didn't expect you to chill out, haha. I thought you'd be working."

Shin chuckled, walking up to Alice and giving him a peck on the cheek. "Well I wanted to have a day off and used it to take care of myself."

Alice looked at Shin and he wasn't lying. His eyebags faded away and he cleaned his workspace. "Ahaha, sorry if that made you confused. I wanted to have a day where both of us can.. y'know.. Have a date..?"

"I would love too!" Alice smiled as he took off his shoes. "Do you wanna watch a movie today?"

"Ehh.. sure." Shin responded, going to the kitchen. "I'm going to heat up popcorn. You can get out of that work uniform and get into something comfy."

Alice nodded as he went to his bedroom to go into his pajamas, mostly just a sweatpant and a plain shirt. As he returned, he saw Shin already got the snacks, popcorn, and drinks ready near the couch. He also placed down blankets and some pillows to be more comfortable.

"Looks like you're all riled up for this." Alice laughed, sitting next to shin and placing his arm around him while his free hand was grabbing the remote. "So.. What do you wanna watch?"

Shin shrugged. "Anything that seems interesting to you. BUT nothing horror related, I will scream bloody murder and have nightmares for like what? A few days?"

Alice did nothing but laughed at his partner and rubbing his head. You see, his plan was too play a horror movie on purpose just so Shin could cuddle with him. As he was scrolling through the lists of movies while Shin was on his phone, he found one called "The Conjuring". He clicked on it and nudged Shin.

"Hey babe, should we watch this?" Alice asked, guiding his attention to the TV. "I heard it's a really good movie."

Shin looked up and looked at his partner like he was crazy. "Alice. I said ANYTHING BUT HORROR. That's a horror movie not a suspense or romance..?!"

"Don't worry, I'd protect you." Alice smiled. "If you ever get jumpscared you can just close your eyes, look away, anything."

Shin nodded and sighed. "I guess we can watch it. Next time I'm choosing the movie."

Alice just chuckled as he started to play the movie. His plan was working; he was sure that he would gain cuddles from this. The thing is, Alice is also a scardy cat. Shin knows so it'd be kind of funny to see both of them jump. Alice jumped and flinched here and there while Shin was holding on to the male for dear life. But at the sametime, he looked like he enjoys the movie. 'This is going to get me nightmares..' Alice thought, looking at the younger who's face is currently in his chest from the latest jumpscare. He just chuckled and stroke his back.

After the movie, Shin surprisingly enjoyed it. Despite all the jumpscares and all that, he thought the movie was okay... Which was NOTHING Alice thought he'd react like. The only hope he has if he would sleep in the same bed as him. Of course, Alice was a bit scared after the movie and he wanted to cuddle with his partner.

Before he could say anything, Shin started to walk to his bedroom with a blanket. "Goodnight Alice, love you.." He yawned, about to enter his room.

"Shin." Alice scratched his neck. "I feel like I'd get nightmares so can you come sleep with me in my room..?"

"Don't tell me you placed that movie on as a way to make us sleep together." Shin bursted out laughing while Alice's face is being red from embarrassment.

"W-Well yeah..! It felt weird for me to just sleep in separate rooms so I wanted to go a teeny bit further." Alice explained.

"You know, instead of forcing yourself to watch a horror movie just for an excuse for us to cuddle, you could've asked straight up." Shin smiled, going near his partner. "Otherwise, of course I'll sleep with you."

Alice nodded at the response as they both started walking to his room, finally having a step in the relationship.
