Seo-Yun is annoyed that he is tutoring some noobies on how to fight in dungeons safely. 'the person in-charge of them sucks very badly.' after giving them workout routines and pointers on what they should do. The hunters went into the C-rank dungeon and he left them to clear the monster and deal with the boss themselves. Only helping to stop someone from dying in a suicide bomber attempt.

It didn't take long for the others to find the boss room, and for the mining and collecting team to come and get the loots. Seo-Yun is purely there to babysit the hero hunters. "Mr Woo. I would like to ask you about something." the normal hero Manual approached the hunter after the gate closed.

"What is it?"

"How are you so confident when you dive into a dungeon yourself?" he asked the latter. Who just looked at him with a black stare, before smiling.

"We only have 1 life. After you faced death, tackling dungeons are easy. But this isn't something many can overcome. If you can't stomach that you might die in any dungeons, stop going into dungeons." he sternly advised. "You are welcome to still be a hero, but dungeons might not be something for you."

"Maybe. But it was on the order of the Hero Commissioner." he said with a dejected tone. "if we don't join, they were going to send the children hunters."

"Huh? Don't your government have a minor law? Or is your Hero Commissioners taking over everything. Aren't you heroes, stand up for yourself when you see unjust." he sternly scolded. "I can escalate to the other nations, but ultimately we have no control over the whole situation of another country. You are your own countrymen, put an effort to fix the situation before the other nations scold you about it." with that Seo-Yun left the dungeon group and headed to the car prepared for him and the Korean Hunter Association.

"So, how was it?"

"Like babysitting adults. Give word that there might be a misconduct on minor care within the Public Hero Commission, for the teen hunters." he told them.

"That can't be good. It's a good thing that you aren't with them."

"Officially I'm not. But unofficially, I work with all the nations. As long there are dungeons, I can't help but let my blood boil with excitement." Hunter Woo mentioned to the handlers taking care of him.

"Ah, you are sounding like the S-rank hunters you occasionally hang around with. I'm sure the next generation will be strong..." they commented and the car silenced.

'It's not the next generation. It's just me. Something in me is boiling to fight, the modern world isn't cutting the craving. I might make a request to dive with the other hunters.'

Elsewhere, the major guilds under the Hunter Alliance across the countries who kept their heroes and hunters in separate issue were discussing about the appearances of the gates across the world. "Most of the Gates appearing outside of Asia are C to A ranked. There hasn't been a S-rank gate outside of Asia in 3 years." someone mentioned.

"Why does Asia have the stronger gates?"

"That is unknown. But there is a worrying fluctuation of high rank gates appearing in Japan specifically." someone noted.

"Isn't Japan one of the countries not in this alliance. Will they be able to manage the influx?"

"No. That was why Korea sent a research team and a contracted S-rank to them to help them manage." with that the profile of Woo Seo-Yun was flashed on the screen. "He is capable of dealing with an A-rank outbreak if there is a need to. We have instructed him to call, if he thinks he needs help with a high tier gate."
