It's been long time since u have been gone but,
I can't forget your scent,
The warmth of your hands.
I still carve for the way you hold me and hug me.
Yesterday, I dreamt about the paper boat we made,
We were smiling and making promises,
Promises to say?
Yeah, it was broken,
Broken like the lock of my door when you left.
We started the book of you and me.
It was never completed so I made a memoir of us no one to read.
Shuffled our photographs
Just to smile but again to cry.
Hush of wind playing with my dangling hair,
Reminds me of you.
Are you still there?
Oh! how much I cry no one to hear
Just the deafening silence.
Now I don't cry,
No reason to cry.
Now I don't feel,
No reason to feel.
Just an adjective to use,
Known as Numb.
