The Team

No One's POV

Ciel was leading (Y/N) and Penny through the city of Atlas as the robot and Grimm were talking. Penny kept circling (Y/N) as she was extremely excited, "Do you eat like a human? Do you have the same characteristics as a faunus, or are the animal parts there to help with something? Can you control Grimm?" (Y/N) tried to keep up with her, "Yes I do. I believe my faunus parts were to help with hunting. I cannot control Grimm." Penny started walking normally next to her new friend, "Now you ask me some questions." (Y/N) thought for a second to begin asking, "Do you drink oil? Do you sleep? Can you fly?" "I don't drink anything. I sometimes need to charge, which is like sleeping. And-" She then hovered up into the air, "yes I can."

Ciel looked back at them, "We're here." The two looked around to see that they stopped at a laser tag place. Ciel crossed her arms, "Here we can bond and hone our skills. Now le-" The other two had already ran in for Ciel to sigh, "Both of them are children." She walked in to see the two already trying to get into the room. She made them calm down to pay for everything.

When they got in the mode was a free-for-all with a total of seventeen people, as it was in a large and very dark two story room. A minute passed for Ciel to be doing fine as she took out two other people, until she realized that the screaming and shouting was gone. She looked at the leaderboard to see that there was only two people left. She felt a pair of glowing green eyes and a pair of glowing red eyes on her as she realized the predicament that she was in.

She was quickly shot and eliminated making her walk out into the lobby to watch the other two in the dark room go against each other. She watched in somewhat horror and amazement as they were acting like this was an actual life and death situation. They ended up breaking a lot of the equipment and made two holes in the floor until they were kicked out and Ciel had to pay for the damages. Luckily she was using a government card and not her own. In the end Penny and (Y/N) were smiling and laughing about it as if though that was what friends usually do.

The three spent the rest of the day together hanging out. It was around three when they were called back to the building where they had met. When they did Glynda met them with a smile, "I have great news (Y/N)." The Grimm boy tilted his head a little, "What is it?" "You are going to become an official student at Beacon Academy." (Y/N) became excited but quickly became confused, "But I need a team." "Oh that reminds me." She looked over at the two girls, "You two have been officially transferred to Beacon Academy. Welcome Penny and Ciel." She looked at Ciel, "You will be your team's leader. Your teammates will be Penny and (Y/N)." The robot and Grimm faced each other, held hands, and jumped up in unison as Penny squealed, "We get to be teammates!" Ciel however was now confused, "I am honored Mrs. Glynda, but I thought that teams in Beacon Academy needed four people." Glynda headed towards a prepped airship, "We have to go pick up the fourth."

The four went airborne for (Y/N) and Penny to continue bonding as they told each other about themselves. After a while the airship landed and opened the large side door to show a teenage monkey faunus boy. He was extremely extroverted as he quickly shook their hands, "The name's Sun. Nice to meet you all." Everyone else was happy to see him as he did not make one comment about (Y/N) or Penny. Ciel asked why for him to say, "I don't care what they are. It's what's on the inside that matters." With that the team was formed with Ciel being the leader, Penny being the frontline, Sun being the flank, and (Y/N) being the support.

Some Time Later At Beacon Academy

Ruby and Neo were both patiently waiting for (Y/N) to come back. They were currently in team RWBY's room as they were looking out of their window. It was getting late for them to see an airship land. It opened for Glynda and (Y/N) to walk out making happy when they saw the tiger faunus. All of a sudden they saw some red haired girl with green eyes walk out to as she stayed close to (Y/N). A tinge of jealousy arose in them as they saw a girl with a light tan, blue eyes, and black hair walk next to him as well. Last was a faunus boy with short blonde hair and blue eyes. They all walked towards the building leaving the two girls wondering who those other people were.
