Jose and I are currently on our way to a doctor's appointment to check up on our bubba and see how well they are developing. I wanted our son to be apart of the experience so we have brought him along and he is taking a nap in his car seat.
This may be the last child that I have so I want to cherish every single moment of this pregnancy. My pregnancy with Christian was incredibly difficult for a multitude of reasons and I want to have a happier experience this time around.
I got married, shot, almost lost my son and then got a separation from my then husband all during my first pregnancy. That is a lot of things to happen, it's a surprise that my son came out perfectly healthy.
"Do you remember when I started having fat removed from my bum?" I begin to laugh at the memory. "Then I got pregnant and put all the weight back on."
Jose chuckles, "That was a crazy time. Do you think you'll do it again after the baby?"
"Hell no." I shake my head as I start looking my messages. "I was so insecure because everybody had something to say about my body but things are different now. This body of mine has proven to me how strong it is after getting shot while pregnant and experiencing childbirth. I love my body."

"I think you look perfect." Jose leans to the side and kisses my cheek. "You always have been perfect."
"And I'm only starting to see it now." I smile as I set my phone down. "Seeing the way Cristian looks at me makes me feel like the most beautiful person in the world and that's what matters. Nobody really knows me so why take their comments personally."
Jose gives my hand a squeeze.
"I know that I probably haven't been the nicest to you since you told me about the pregnancy but I want you to know that I am happy to be having another child with you." His words take me by surprise and all I can do is smile. "I just needed time to process the fact that we're having another baby considering that we're both working on new music."
