June 12, 2022 *Aut. POV*
Ryujin and Yuna were the first to get into the car, and saw Yoongi and Hoseok pressing repeatedly on Jiyeon.
"What happened?" Jay gasped.
"You bitch, you better wake up." Chan coughed.
"Jiyeon, this isn't a funny prank." Riki laughed nervously.
"She's not breathing." Jin panicked.
"Oh no." Yeji whispered.
"Heeseung, fucking drive." Jisoo ordered.
The car revved twice before Heeseung sped onto the freeway.
"Go down this tunnel!" Rosé shouted.
He turned roughly into the empty tunnel.
"Yeji, go!" Lisa yelled.
Yeji reached her torso out of the window and went down to the floor.
Her fingertips trailed on the road and she flicked her wrist to the front of the car.
A portal whirred and finally opened wide enough for the car to fit through.
"I love you." Jungkook sighed.
"I know." She winked.
Chaeryoung healed the cuts on Yeji's hand and rolled the window up.
Through the portal they went, landing in Jay's driveway.
"Get the bags." Chan ordered.
"It's 10 PM in Korea, I doubt that her mom's awake." Changbin said.
"Her mom's always awake, same with Eve." Jennie threw a suitcase to Rosé, who loaded them into the car.
"They're so organized, it's cool." Jimin admired.
Jiyeon laid on Sunghoon's lap, dead and pale.
"Please say there's a way to bring her back." Sunghoon cried.
"There's a few, but the Queen Mother has to do it." Jisoo stroked Jiyeon's hair.
Chan ran inside, "that was the last bag."
"Lift her." Hyunjin told Riki and Namjoon.
They laid her flat in the middle of the car, on top of other's legs.
Sunghoon was locking the door, when he suddenly fell.
"Sunghoon, hurry up!" Hyunjin shouted.
After a moment of no response, Jin left the car.
"He's dead!" He screamed.
Jungwon scrambled out of the driver's seat, "what?!"
The witches looked around nervously, "the bond."
"What bond?" Changbin asked.
"They bonded on a spiritual level. Their souls connected themselves, and now that she's dead, he's dead too." Chaeryoung explained.
Sunghoon was laid next to Jiyeon, turning paler than he already was.
"Yeji, hurry the fuck up." Hyunjin muttered.
The car poofed into Korea, which was quiet.
June 13, 2022
"Ladies, what has made you return so late at night?" Mrs. Shin asked.
"Mom, you need to get the Queen Mother. Jiyeon was attacked by K and since she bonded hers and Sunghoon's spirits, they both died." Ryujin explained.
