Ji-yeon walked through her house, texting her friends in the group chat.
"We're here." Yeji opened the door.
"Why is everything floating?" Yeonjun ducked under the couch.
"My mom and sister aren't home and I got upset with my dad because he came over and now everything is floating." She groaned.
"Has this happened before?" Minho asked.
"No." Rosé shook her head, "that's why she needed us."
"I've checked every spell, not a single one mentions floating furniture." Ji-yeon sighed.
"It looks cool." Beomgyu said.
"Try your magic." Huening Kai suggested.
"We are." Jennie grunted.
"Can I just make a wish or something?" Ji-yeon begged.
"What have you tried?" Soobin looked around the kitchen.
"I've used every spell, I even made some up, I tried time travel, I've made a wish on myself." She pushed a cabinet shut.
"Fucking hate my dad."
"When's his wedding?" Lisa asked.
"Two weeks from yesterday, February 26." Taehyun said.
"Are you going?" Chan asked.
"I have to." Ji-yeon slammed the doors shut.
"I'm surprised you haven't wished for the girlfriend to die and your dad to come back." Jeongin scoffed.
"I can't or that'll reflect on me and give me bad luck." She sat on the floor.
Karma worked in the strangest ways.
"Oh, everything came back down." Seungmin chuckled.
"That was unexpected." Yuna smiled.
"Are you and Sunghoon doing anything for Valentine's Day?" Ryujin pulled her up.
"He texted me last night asking if I wanted to stay over and we could go to dinner." Ji-yeon peeked through the window.
"That sounds fun, I hope that goes well." Beomgyu said.
"You can leave if you want to, I was just scared about what happened." She hugged Chan.
"We'll stay for as long as we can." Taehyung slapped her back.
"Let's go get some food?" Lia smirked.
"I'll drive!" Minho volunteered.
"Let's go!" Chaeryoung squealed.

It was the end of the day, and science class was loud and exciting.
People were hanging out with their crushes, giving them gifts, and trying to build the courage to ask someone out.
"Sunghoon, where's Ji-yeon?" Jay asked.
"I think she went to the bathroom." Sunghoon pulled himself up.
"We were going to go get some drinks and food, did you want to tag along?" Heeseung asked.
"I'll wait for Ji-yeon here." He sat on a desk.
"Waiting for your girlfriend?" Jisoo teased.
"I am, actually." He chuckled.
"She'll be back soon. Want anything?" Rosé asked.
