Chapter 7 | Looking For B.O.B. Members!

AUTHOR'S NOTE (A/N);

I JUST. Well, this is Chapter 7 of the story. I did Chap 5, 6 and 7 for a day like omg I did something productive this Saturday....lol. Well anyway I've been in a Battle of the bands competition and am gonna put a lot of emotions in this chapter on how drastically tedious it is to find members! I mean yeah, our band had trouble finding a bassist like, we have to really really really exorbitantly force someone. 

Unf, Just kidding! We didn't force our bassist. I mean, regardless of his own will he has to. Ahaha.

But that's just making me sound really violent and heartless-- Whelp, enjoy this chapter~!

                   "This is...utterly hopeless," I sighed as I scanned Michaela's expression. She had the same taxing face as I. We are all tired of seeking a bassist in the entire peremeter of the school. All bassists have been taken and yeah... this is gonna be distressing.

                   Well technically, Ezra still has the same cheery expression all the hour and minute and seconds while we were inquiring for a potential bassist. It scares me!

                   "Dear life, why is Ezra so composed?" I breathe out heavily while tapping Ezra's shoulder and she flinched from the touch. Oops, I forgot she's extremely jumpy.

                   "It's good I didn't have a heart attack!" she widened her eyes and calmed after a little for what seems to be five seconds, "Stell, you look like you just lost in the battlefield," she frowned in concern." I nodded at her and looked at Michaela. 

                  "We can do this!" Ezra grinned widely from ear to ear and grabbed our wrists, "I still know someone! Someone we can train," And with that said, she practically dragged us in our classroom. We were dashing and we finally halt to a stop, "Peter!" She beamed in utter happiness and sparkled, "Remember you can't say no. Can you be the bassist of our band pretty please?" She asked with her puppy dog eyes.

                   Hah.

                   I knew it.

                   He can never resist those puppy dog eyes! Ezra's girly points can become handy at times.

                   "Fine, but just so you know, this is regardless of my will!" Peter sighed and signed on the B.O.B. paper for the member's name and signature.

                   "Stella, do you know someone who could play the piano?" Ezra looked at me thoughtfully and something within seconds came up in my mind.

                   "Oh I do," A curve formed on my lips.

                   Maria.

                   "Oh Maria!" I greeted at Maria who was sitting on the corner, reading  what seems to be a new book from the author Sophie Kinsella, "Please don't say no to this," I eyed her and she carefully put down her book as she raised her eyebrow at me,"Can you pretty pretty please be the pianist of our band?" I formed a hand prayer sign and prayed that she would agree.

                   The least expected answer came to me.

                   She laughed. 

                   "W-what?" I put on my infamous incredulous look and scanned her eyes for answers. "Of course it's a yes, silly. You don't need to act like I'm a holy angel!" She burst into fit of giggles which left me smiling.

                   "Thank you Maria," I gestured for her to come with me where me, Ezra and Michaela are gathering the members. "One last though. A drummer..."

                   "Ash. I'll just do the initiative of asking Ash," Maria simpered as I gasped for air, "Oh my god, really?!" I literally died in happiness. "Oh your god," she replied and gave me a playful laugh. Someone's too kind! 

                   "Yeah, well. I'll be there in that.." she pointed at the gathering place near the right corner of the room, "Just give me a minute to negotiate with Mister Ash," she smiled. I went back to the gathering place and danced happily in joy. Note that I can't dance so I practically looked like a... waddling penguin.

                   "Look who's happy," Ezra giggled and I smirked, "We're soon complete," I winked at her and she just gave me a knowing nod.

                   After what seems to be two minutes, Maria came with Ash on her side, "Got you a handsome one here," she grinned and we all laughed.

                   "So is it official?!" Michaela squealed in delight as Ash and Maria signed in the paper, "Well of course. We'll make it extra official," she nodded. "Man up!" Peter and Ash brofisted and Ezra and I hugged each other for the accomplishment for today.

                   "Uhm guys, the band name?" Maria popped the question that left us all utterly speechless.

                   "Souls Falling Up?"

                   "Lol, no."

                   "Sequel Sanctuary?"

                   "Nah."

                   "Limited Sanity."

                   "Limited Sanity sounds cool," Ash smiled at Ezra who blurted out another of her amazing words of choice, "I agree," Maria clapped her hands excitedly as Peter and Michaela nodded.

                   "Limited Sanity it is then," I agreed at them and I could feel my eyes filled with sparkling joy.

                   I finally made a band! I'm glad I actually joined Ezra and Michaella. It seems to be fun and I can't describe the feeling I'm having right now. I'm absolutely enthralled and excited on the upcoming eliminations next next week and I can't contain the overflowing joy in my heart that is threatening to spill as tears any minute now. The exhausting search we had earlier ago was worth it. 

                   I am definitely gonna enjoy this band.

A/N;

End of Chapter 7, my dear readers! Well is it boring because Rein is not in the chapter to make our feisty protagonist fuming in anger? Don't worry! He'll come out the next chapter and hopefully Miss Stella will realize that she has a crush with Rein. <3 ;') Or maybe in the next next next (Idk) chapters they will fall in love? :OO What if someone interrupts the relationship? ;D
