Inosuke pov,
Zenitsu told me to get some veggies for dinner today. I really didn't wanna go, but it's scary when he's mad...
How is That crybaby geezers, scary.
My names inosuke! For God sakes.
Zenitsu is no match for me, so I'll just go back and tell him I don't want to-
But then he'll not give me food.

Fine
(When he came back)
I actually go the veggies ugh. It's just I like his food alot, and im weak to any food.
So me starving is not okay 💢
Narrator,
Zenitsu was writing, and went over to inosuke, giving him a Pat on the head, thanking him for the veggies.
Inosuke slapped his hand away in embarrassment, and crossed his arms angrily.
Tanjiro came down, and saw zenitsu and inosuke. He then went over getting them and saying happy fourth of July and stuff.
He then sat near zenitsu, and his heart was beating.
He kept calm as he controlled his breathing, and his eyes. 👩🦲
Tanjiro: "hey zenitsu, why did you buy veggies?"
Zenitsu: "it's for the dinner that am cooking tonight, or do you wanna cook it instead?"
Tanjiro: "n-no am okay👩🦲"
Zeni🍏su: "right"
Zenitsu laughed, and went back to writing in his book. It was his comfort thing to write in. Helped him remember stuff he forgotten, and help cooking lessons.
Tanjiro liked this about him, he's always busy in a way.
We have a mission today sent by someone, and it's a upper moon.
It's gonna be a while till we find this demon.
(Night time in the forest✨)
Zenitsu was walking, as his hand rested on his sword. The snow made it worse cause it slowed them down a bit, and made sounds.
He was listening to his surroundings on full alerts. Once his ear rings, then there it is.
Tanjiro on the other hand, split up with zenitsu and went the other way.
He was smelling the air, trying to find a demon scent. He had trouble finding it, and zenitsu scent was fading quickly.
Tanjiro was on edge, looking around, and panicking. This happenes a lot when he splits up with zenitsu or tanjiro.
He tried to calm down, as it worked. He focused on his breathing until it hit him. The scent appeared, and he quickly whistled, trying to signal zenitsu.
Zenitsu heard it, and rushed over quickly. He hopped from a tree.
Zenitsu: "did you find something?" He whispered
Tanjiro nodded, and pointed to where the scent came from. They quickly followed it, and zenitsu ears began ringing.
It bothered him, but he didn't care for now. They then were up in a tree looking down at the so called "uppermoon."
It didn't look strong but never judge a book by its cover. Zenitsu the signaled for tanjiro to go right and I'll go left, and then tanjiro strikes him.
If he fails, then zenitsu goes next. So they followed the plan and they were in position and ready whenever.
Tanjiro gave him a thumbs up and he quickly unleashed his sword and jumped from the tree, towards the demon.
He quickly sliced his neck, And landed.
Tanjiro then looked up at zenitsu and smiled.
Tanjiro then new it faded from the scent that Dissapeard.
Zenitsu then came down, and praises him. They then made they're way to the festival. To watch the fireworks.
They werent in they're other clothes, but it won't matter. They then take a seat on the roof.
They were watching the people bellow.
Zenitsu: "it feels great up here.."
Tanjiro: "yes it does. All these people we have been protecting for ages."
Zenitsu smiled and leaned back: "I hope we can keep doing that, and helping."
Tanjiro agreed: "ofcourse we will. We're strong enough to save and help them, so don't worry."
Zenitsu looked at tanjiro: "you're right thanks."
Tanjiro nodded: "soo.... What are something idk, that you write in that book? "
Zenitsu: "write? Oh no, am just fixing it up. Because I used to doodle in it. They're interesting about it, it's just a comfort item to keep me going"
Tanjiro tilted his head and looked down at the people: "that's a good thing... But what do you mean keep me going?"
Zenitsu paused: "it doesn't mean anything like that! It's just something to keep me motivated to do more and become more stronger"
Tanjiro leaned back and stared at him: "but zenitsu you're already strong enough"
Zenitsu smiled looking at the people: "thanks tanjiro."
Zenitsu took this moment in. He took a deep breath and smiled.
Tanjiro admired him, as his hair flowed. The fireworks are gonna start in a bit.
Zenitsu looked over at tanjiro and leaned in, laying on his lap. Zenitsu did this when he was tired and not in the right mind set.
So tanjiro didn't mind. He rather just let him as he rubs his head, helping him fall asleep.
Tanjiro: "you can't fall asleep yet, you'll miss the fireworks"
Zenitsu: "am not gonna sleep, just... Just let me lay here. Please?"
Tanjiro: "fine, but if you fall asleepx I swear."
Zenitsu chuckled: "I won't I won't, now stop worrying!"
That put a smile on tanjiros face. He heard someone jump onto the roof, and he looked back.
It was inosuke. He came over, and handed them some food, and snacks.
Tanjiro nodded, thanking him.
Zenitsu did the same and sat up, because it was difficult for him to eat laying down.
Inosuke burped out loud as he already finished his stuff before he arrived.
Zenitsu laughed, along with tanjiro, and inosuke laughed as well.
They were having the best time.
They finished they're snacks and food.
Zenitsu rubbed his stomach, sighing.
He hadn't got a good meal in a while.
Tanjiro looked over at inosuke and, saw him sleeping. Tanjiro smiled and looked at zenitsu, which was looking at the sky.
Tanjiro: "the stars are bright tonight"
Zenitsu got spooked and looked over: "yeah they are. I wish this could last longer"
Tanjiro: "me as well."
Then after tanjiro said that, there was a BANG.
