Tanjiro pov.
I was outside at night watching. I smelled demons nearby, but they won't appear. I was getting tired, but hold myself back.
I wanted to sleep an awful lot.
As I stood there, I've heard noises, and a bunch of them. I've encountered stupid teens, fooling around, and I've almost killed them.
This is really annoying me, so I go inside to get a glass of water. As I was getting a glass of water, I felt so. etning hug my leg.
It was Kane.
Kane: "sir tanjiro, why are you up so late?... " Kane said in a sleepy, and tired voice.
Tanjiro: "oh Kane. It's because am protecting us from the scary monsters.
Now cmon, back to bed." Tanjiro said, crouching and rubbing his head.
Tanjiro then picked Kane up, and headed upstairs to his room.
Tanjiro then layed Kane next to Haru,
"Goodnight."
Tanjiro, got up and walked out. He the went back downstairs, and grabbed the cup of water. He then drank it, and as he was gonna go back outside, he heard a voice.
"Tanjiro."
It was zenitsu. He was behined the wall, peeking out and singling for me to come over.
I obeyed his command, and went over.
I wonder what he wanted.
Tanjiro: "do you need something?"
Zenitsu: "tanjiro, what are you doing up so late. You woke me up because I thought you were an intruder. Why haven't you gone to sleep!?" Zenitsu said whispering, but shouting at me at the same time.
Tanjiro: "am sorry zenitsu, is that rengoku told me that there were demons lurking outside at night, and I couldn't sleep because I didn't want someone to get hurt..."
Zenitsu: "oh... Well you could've told me, I would've helped out."
Zenitsu said crossing his arms.
Tanjiro: "yeah but you're in your robe."
Zenitsu: "okay and? I can wear anything, and still fight. And lmhs it's very comforting."
Tanjiro: "whatever you say boss."
I laughed, and went outside, hopping on the roof with zenitsu. Zenitsu layed down, staring at the stars.
The wind blowing gently, and out hair flowing. Zenitsu breathed in and out.
He smelled the fresh air, and looked over at me.
I smiled, and he returned it. I wonder what he's thinking.... I wish he would tell me... Tell me... Everything.
I just want him to be mine, and tell me everything about him. All the time, I would never get tired of his voice...
But.. Some story's don't have happy endings.
