this being your last year in college you were in mountains of debt. it wasn't hard to keep a job but people typically annoyed you, so you quit. simple.

you tried keeping two of three at the same time. you didn't care for free time, as long as you were getting paid. your schedules never clashed with each other and you liked each job this time. but one in particular was your favorite.

your first job was a dry cleaner from 8am to 3pm every other day but your other one was 24 hours diner. this one had many people coming in. all different. some funny, drunk, high as hell, or just cheating. but one person caught your eye every time you worked. you were a waitress so you got his order every time he came in just to communicate with him.

he came with a suit but no tie, his hair down and parted down the middle, he was tall and didn't really smile unless he was ordering. his smile fit him so well. his pierced ears and straight teeth were something to look at. but why does he come in so late?

he has to be older than me so i'll never try anything, but he's worth looking at from a distance. he came in greeting me like he usually does. "hi y/n, i'm ready to order whenever you're ready." he said as you sat him down. "of course i'll be right with you." you walked to the back getting him his usual coffee and water.

"alright what can i get you?" you asked ready to write something different. he took a long pause before looking up at you and smiling. "uhhh my usual." you've had his order memorized for the last 6 months so this was no surprise.

i guess he's getting comfortable

"yes sir i can do that for you." you walked away to put his order in and assist other tables. for some reason the diner was empty. usually it was packed and you were running around. but this time it felt eerie. but you just shrugged it off and continued your shift.

"here's your meal." you brought out his plate making him just slightly smile. "thank you." — "enjoy" the fun part was over. you couldn't start conversation with him like you wanted. all you could do is wait for him to finish, do refills, and wait for him to pay. and it didn't help that your co-workers were terrified of him. he's so sweet.

"y/n can you handle 'him', you can go home early. we're not busy." your manger mentioned. "you sure?" you questioned. he nodded in response. well there was no eerie feeling after all. you walked up to your mystery mans table to give him his bill and collect his dishes.

as he pulled out his card he dropped his whole wallet on the floor next to you. "oh i can get that for you sir." — "no it's fine." you bent down anyway to pick up his open wallet on the floor and is id displayed. Ken Ryuguji? 27?!

he was only 3 years older than you? he looks so much older! just to add to the butterflies, when you looked up his face was inches away from yours. you froze in response. yes he's attractive but this close was a different story. he smelt amazing.

"so here's my card..... y/n." he said close to you snapping you back. "oh yeah i'll be right back." you scurried away to the back. bringing his card back you started to also clean off the table. the buss boy was busy and you could go home so why not.

gathering your things from the back you set up your uber pool. it was cheaper and you didn't wanna spend money you didn't have to. going outside with your belongings you saw Ken waiting for something as well. "hello sir." you greeted before walking to the other corner of the street.

damn he's tall as hell. he has to be 6'5

catching quick glances of him just feet away you couldn't help but wonder what he was waiting for. however the third time you looked the wind blew and you noticed a large dragon tattoo under his hair.

was he hiding it or does it just represent something? it doesn't matter. it's not your business but one thing you did wonder was how was he bald on his sides and still looked like he had a full head of hair.

that lucky motherfucka

the car pulled up as described and he looked to be walking towards it as well. him getting in first before noticing you many thoughts went through your head. "pool for y/n?" you asked the driver before getting in. a surprised look grew on Ken's face making you smile internally.

the driver drove for about 5 minutes before he broke the silence. "you know you can call me draken instead?" hearing his deep voice so suddenly made you tense up. "oh yea. yes sir."

"don't call me that." he said with straightest face. "oh sorry" — "i'm clearly not that much older than you." he was so much nicer in the diner. did you do something wrong?

"hello sir you can skip my stop." draken said to the driver causing you to get confused. you're stuck in a car with a fine ass intimidating man, and he might want to go home with you.

shit i need to shower

taking a hard turn you slid over colliding with his shoulder. "oh shit i'm so sorry Ken i mean Sir, damn it draken. i'm so sorry draken."

"it's okay i'll make sure you get it right"
