✍Chapter 4✍

..... Gulf's POV ....

I'm so grateful to Mew who encouraged me to follow my dream, well since I'm the eldest, I feel a bit out of place among all the freshman but I really want to become a teacher, that's why I'm focusing in every class, of course I didn't stop my part time jobs although it got a little hard balancing between my work house chores and studying but I managed

Mew was supporting me, he would drive me every morning and pick me up when we finish around the same time, it helped a lot that my jobs are very close to his house and he even told me to drop everything and only focus on studying but I refused, I don't want to be more of a burden than I already am to him

On the other hand, our relationship has gotten a lot better, it feels like we've known each other for years, he even stated that he believe my story and that he slowly started trusting me which made me super delighted, I heard him talking on the phone with his teammates several times which proves that he is doing well at work too

Yet lately, I see him being stressed working and talking on the phone none stop, from their conversation I understood that they are working a big case but it was obvious that It's causing him a lot of trouble, he stays up so late surround by hundreds of papers and skipped gym for more than a week which was unlike him and made me worry

"P' Mew you should rest"

"I can't, it's a big case, my team along with other two investigators are working on this, there is no room for fail" he explain staring at his laptop, a part of me was happy seeing how open he is never bothering with hiding his papers and laptop from me unlike before but the dark circles under his eyes are getting even more darker

"I understand, I'm just so worried about you" he faintly smiled glancing to me

"thanks, I will take a few days off after I finish this case , I will be fine"

"do you want anything? Should get you a light snack, coffee, ice cream?"

"then could you prepare me a couple of light sandwiches and a cup a orange juice before you go to sleep?"

"of course, even if I'm asleep please wake me up if you need anything"

"thank you Gulf" after leaving his late night snack close to him I went to sleep thinking how much he overwork himself each time he has a case and how it will affect badly his health, this made me wish that I was part of the police too and help him and I was over the moon when he actually asked for my help

It was on Saturday afternoon, my tutoring job got rescheduled so I finally could laze around at home after finishing all chores, Mew was in his office working when he suddenly came to me with troubled expression

"Gulf... umm... could you please be my boyfriend?"

"huh?" I stared at him with wide eyes yet I couldn't stop myself from blushing a little

"wait sorry I said that wrong... could please act as my fake boyfriend for just tonight?"

"I'd love to help you with anything but can you explain the situation to me"

"we finally got a trace of a member of a bad criminal group, we only need to get info from him but he is good at hiding yet we finally found one of his hideouts which turned to be..." he sighed looking anxious

"to be what?"

"it's a Gay club, it's called 'Crush' a bit far from here, I'm so sorry, you are the only person I could think of to help in acting"

"wait, you mean the famous Crush Club! I know that place, but in my world it's a normal one not a gay bar"

"you went there?"
