I was suddenly woken up by a strong thunder.

I tried not to scream from excitement as I realised that he was sleeping, having me in his arms. I didn't want to wake him up, he needed to rest.
I looked at him. He looked so peaceful and relaxed sleeping like that.
I accidentally sneezed.

His eyes opened slowly. He looks like an angel. Why want it to be shinny outside when you can have such a beauty by your side, blinding you?
"Hey little one" he said in a sleepy voice while patting his messy hair to keep them down.
"heyyy..." I said and hid my face in his chest.
He gently caressed my hair and he yawned.
"I wanted to ask you something since the first time you called me 'Daddy' "
I just nod with my head burried in his chest. He chuckled and went on.
"Do you have Daddy issues, baby girl?"
I opened my eyes widely.
"Umm... uhh.... wellll... I guessss..."
"You guess?" he said raising his eyebrows.
"Well, maybe yess" I said as I sneakily raised my head to look at him
"Hmmm interesting" he said and tapped my nose.
"And something else.. Why were you SO well shaved yesterday, huh?? Did you have anything naughty already planned??"
"Stop itttt, nooo"
He laughed at my shy reaction.

Suddenly his phone vibrated and he took it to check. His smile left from his face and he got serious
"Is everything alright?"
"I will have to go for a while.. Don't worry, I will be back soon, I must attend our meeting, my baby" he said as he started dressing up quickly.
"Oh, okay.."
"I won't be late, alright? Talk to Belle if you need anything, tell her to make you something to eat or if you want her to keep you company" he said and then pecked my forehead.
What happened, he seemed so skeptical.

I walked to the mansion and went towards the meeting room. Sehun told me that something worrying had happened so he said I should drop by immediately.
I guess I will find out soon...
I got in the room and saw Sehun sitting on his chair, tapping his leg on the floor nervously. I sat on the chair next to him and then he noticed my presence.
"I will make it short.. Our enemies are wandering around in our space and it has started to become dangerous. Yesterday at the party, some of our members saw spies being around that spot. They got them but only threatened them to leave because they thought it would be catastrophic to kill them and start a war"
I froze
"I understand that it is worrying for you... But we have to take action quickly and decide what we are going to do"
I kept staring into the void
"Look. If you want to protect Nicolette, we have to do something quickly"
