When George woke up again, it was when Dream was sitting quietly in his car, parked deep in a mall parking lot, watching the snowfall that George had just noticed.

He felt his hand rubbing circles into George's thigh, and it felt so relaxing, the smaller was temped to fall back asleep.

"Dance with me baby, dance with me baby-- Lets get lost, my dear.." The radio sang, all just background noise to George as he studied Dream's face under the streetlights.

Emerald eyes found their way to brown eyes, a wide, dorky grin playing on pink lip. Ivory, sharp teeth poked out of his mouth, making George roll his eyes and look away.

"Morning, sleeping beauty-- Literally." He sang teasingly, tapping his thigh twice before removing his hand completely, George thought he noticed hesitation in the movement.

"Shut it, awake n' still ugly." George said snarkily, looking out the passenger side window. The snowfall was light, but enough to crowd the whole sky. The ground was still simply too warm for the snow to stick, but the sky temp was cold enough to freeze the flakes.

"Someones wandering eyes tell me otherwise.." Dream joked, rising a scoff out of George.

"Shut up or bring me home dumbarse." George mumbled, his hand muffling his already-quiet voice.

"Sure thing, your highness. Princess." He teased, turning his car completely on now. "Dumb-arse." Dream scoffed, mocking George's british-ness.

"Shut up.." George groaned, his whole face falling into his palm as he shut out everything going on right now.

"Sure, sure. Coming to my party this weekend? For.. Halloween or whatever." Clay proposed, a stray glance finding its way to George's bored face.

"No. I dunno. Depends if my friends are going.. I guess. Are you not grounded or something?"

"No I am, its just my last year of highschool, so I don't damn care." Dream explained with a shrug.

"What're you going as? I-- Assuming its a-- A costume party for-- You know.. Halloween?" George stammered, his face rising out of his palm for a second. Dream chuckled at that.

"No clue. It is 'posed to be one. A costume party - That is." Dream replied, his eyes on the road and his grip on the wheel loose.

"Hm. Okay." George mumbled quietly. A long silence stretched out over them, the car playing some song George hasn't heard before-- But the author sounds so familiar.

George wanted to ask, but he noticed that he was practically home, Dream pulling into his neighborhood. It wasn't long 'till he pulled into his driveway, dropping George off with quiet bids of adieu.

George's mom wasn't home - No surprise as George let himself in through the front door-- Which thank fuck nobody broke in, the door was damn unlocked. George made sure it was locked when he came in, walking upstairs and plopping on his bed with a locked door behind him.

Thats when he realized - fuck. He still had Dream's jacket on, his dumb jacket which was now adorned with goody little dumb patches of his dumb smiley face patches and bold lettered DREAM patch on it.

George realized he could care less as he tucked himself under the covers and drifted to sleep without another thought.

Loud alarms blaring filled his ears as he barely woke up, his eyelids fluttering with exhaustion as he sat up. He reached into his pocket of his jacket and grabbed his phone, realizing how goddamn late he was.
