Well, this was miserable. Or at least thats what George thought. He'd just went to go get a drink, but when he went back to Karl, he was gone.

George internally groaned. He was holding a drink in the middle of this huge gym, miserable. At least Karl was his ride home, and it wouldn't be long till the dance was over.

He made his way to the front of the gym, exiting the packed area. The bright lights hit him, squinting in the hallways, he saw a figure standing in the hallway.

He instantly recognized it as the boy he's met the night before, Tubbo. He was standing alone by the bathroom, waiting for someone. He didn't look like he wasn't enjoying the party, but he didn't look like he wasn't to be there.

Tubbo seemed to noticed George standing in the hallway, looking up at him and smiling. He waved him over to where he stood alone, so George walked over to him.

"Gogy! You look lost?" He says, tilting his head a bit.

"Well, I was here with my friend, but then he ditched me when I went to get a drink." George sighed, then muttered, "I think I have a pretty good idea of where he is."

"That sucks. Do you not have a date? Or—" Tubbo said, he stifled a laugh, "Are you waiting for Dream or.."

"Oh my god, shut up Tubbo, I am not interested in your friend." George rolled his eyes, scoffing. "Who are you here with?"

"I'm waiting for my friend, Tommy. He's in the bathrooms." He nodded his head towards the bathroom, where he could hear a sink running.

"Tommy.. Oh, yeah. On the football team or whatever?" George asked, lazy eyes flickering from Tubbo to the bathroom. The younger boy nodded.

Tubbo turned around, he was still wearing that bee backpack that George liked. He internally wondered why he wore it so much.

"Tommy!" He smiled, waving to a tall, slightly hunched figure coming out of the bathroom.

"Hi Tubbo." He said. He looked at George, a smile curving on his face. "This is Dream's boyfriend, right?" He asked, glancing at Tubbo, who nodded.

"Wh— I'm not his boyfriend, I've told you that. I'd rather be ran over by like a car and being left on the road to be ran over again and again until i die of like.. I dunno, blood loss." He challenged, squinting at them.

"Yeah, sure, but like.. You always run into him and like bicker 'n shit, it's like you want him to fight you, mate." Tommy also challenged. They glared at each other for a second, George opened his mouth to speak before Tubbo spoke.

"Okay, okay, lets— Lets not fight, yeah??" He asked, glancing at both of them. George huffed and Tommy laughed, the older boy sending a glare to the latter.

"Oh, Tommy, Corpse and Dream wanted us, we should probably go.. I told them we'd be there after your piss." Tubbo said. "Sorry Gogy, good luck finding your friend?"

George shrugged, bidding them goodbye as he went to go see if the concessions were open. He walked down the empty hall, a bit weird if he were being honest, but it was worth it seeing as The Cove wasn't closed off, and it was open.

The Cove was a place for students to buy snacks and whatnot during the day, and they had pretty good stuff. There were a few groups of people there, some students George hardly recognized, some George just didn't know.

He went up to The Cove's stand, pulling a $5 out of his phone case. He saw a lady rush to get to the front, George groaned internally. They aren't even ready, are they?
