Demon Mentor (Akaza Reader X RWBY)

Akaza was currently talking to Professor Port, to find out where team RWBY were. Since he was their mentor he was obviously wondering where they were. Though he gets his answer after they bump into him, though he doesn't even budge. He just looks to them and introduces himself before saying to the professor.
Akaza:"Don't worry, Port. We will be having a lengthy conversation on punctuality. Now Team go take your seats so you can listen lecture."
RWBY:"Yes sir."
He then headed to the top of the classroom and watched as his team listened to lecture or well more accurately listening to Port share stories of himself in his prime. It disgust him a little until one of the other mentors says.
???:"There he goes reminiscing again. Oh well maybe they could take weakness of grimm from his rambling. Oh well guess it can't be helped."
The man was sporting a smile and was putting off a positive energy.

Kyojuro:"Oh forgive me. I'm Kyojuro Rengoku, mentor to team JNPR!"
Akaza can sense an extraordinary fighting spirit emanating from him. He dwarves even some demons Akaza had met throughout his time as an upper rank. He just smirks and says.
Akaza:"There is no reason to apologize Kyojuro. I'm Akaza the mentor to team RWBY."
Kyojuro:"It seems you might have your work cut out for you."
Akaza:"So it would seem, though they are still kids they'll learn."
Kyojuro:"For both our teams I hope so."
He then notices Weiss head into the teaching floor to fight a grimm. She is doing well except she keeps getting distracted and losing her weapon at that everyone watches in horror as Weiss scrambles to get her weapon only to be knocked to the seated position and staring at the charging grimm. She then hears something land in front of her and hears.
Akaza:"Destruction Type: Fatal Wind."
There is a snow flake shape appear on the tip of his sword before he thrusts it forward. He doesn't stab the grimm as the wind passes by it and splits it into several pieces killing it with relative ease. At this he says as he turns to Weiss while trying to help her.
Akaza:"You fought well until you lost focus and got distracted."
Weiss was embarrassed as her face turned red and shouts.
Weiss:"She distracted me! She made me lose focus! It's her fault! Ugh!!"
Weiss then runs off as the bell rings, leaving Akaza standing there in silence as he then sheathes his sword, Ruby looked dejected and sad. He then followed Weiss before finding her out on the balcony. She was looking out over city of Vale, at this Akaza hopped onto the railing beside Weiss before saying.
Akaza:"Are you calm now?"
Weiss then responded in a low embarrassed voice.
Weiss:"I'm sorry. I lost my cool and made you look like a fool."
Akaza:"I could care less about that. I don't care how I'm perceived so long as I can be a good mentor to you four. So why did you lose your cool?"
Weiss:"I just can't stand the team leader especially when I am far more cut out for that position."
Akaza:"Why because you are older? Because you are wealthier? Because of the home you grew up in? She trained just as hard as you, she wouldn't be here two years earlier otherwise. You need to realize that huntsmen work way better as teams, grimm on their own are a big enough threat. That's not to mention the threats a demon poses to lone huntsmen, even with help it's a monumental task. You cannot accomplish much when you don't work as a team."
She looked ashamed and saddened as she understood he was completely right. Some tears even began to fill her eyes as he then says.
Akaza:"None of that. You're a Schnee right? Have some pride in yourself and your family."
Weiss:"That name doesn't mean much outside of wealth anymore, but that's why I want to become a huntress. To show the Schnee family is so much more than just a bunch or pompous, ignorant, bigots with money."
Akaza:"Wait your mother is Willow Schnee right? Is that what she's been reduced to?"
Weiss could hear a sad tone in her mentor's voice causing her to look at him and saying.
Weiss:"At first she was loving and caring, but then she started to drink more. Her and Dad started arguing a lot I think it got physical once. After that she became extremely closed off. I um I'm sorry for putting my family issues on you Akaza."
At this she looked upset and on instinct based off how he'd seen other human react to each other in a similar instance. He wrapped the young Schnee in a hug, this overwhelmed Weiss as she began to reciprocate the hug and cry into his shoulder. Akaza could now tell what he was sensing from her now it wasn't hate or malice it was sadness. He then simply says something that felt like it came from somewhere else almost as if he had said it to someone else before.
Akaza:"Don't ever apologize for telling me how you feel. I could only imagine how long you have been carrying that around, you don't deserve that. Now come let's get you back to the dorm I'm sure the rest of your team is a little worried. Also be a little less hard on Ruby."
Weiss:"I will thank you, Akaza!"
She had such a bright and warm smile that brought a distant feeling to his heart, he just has a slight smile develop before walking her to the room and walking back by himself. Before hearing in his head.
-Flashback-
???:"Just go!!"
???:"But (Y/n) they'll cane you!"
(Y/n):"I don't care just go! I need you to be safe even if you never see me again."
???:"But..."
(Y/n):"No buts, now go please. Just go and make something good of your life, for me."
???:"Th-thank you (Y/n) Akaza! I'll never forget you!"
(Y/n):"...And I you Alexis Schnee."
He is then tackled by guards and repeatedly caned leaving welts and lashes on his back.
-Present Time-
He then grits his teeth as he punches a wall and tries to regain his breath before saying.
Akaza:"Why are my human memories returning? Why now, dammit!"
