6. ~angry mistakes~

You and varian walked up the steps to his house. You both walked inside.

"Dad I'm home" varian yelled setting some stuff down. "Dad?" He yelled agian. He walked over to the table you followed. He picked up a note and read outload.

"Dear varian,

Your father has been badly injured during the storm he is now at the local medic. He should be fine but he will have to stay here for a while.

- nurse lee."

He reread the note in his head hoping he read it wrong the first time.

You placed a hand on his shoulder.
"He's going to be ok" you said with a friendly smile. He pushed your hand off his shoulder. "But what if he's not" he said looking down.

"Well then we have eatch other, your my best friend varian. And your special a-and I'm special" you said with a big smile untill varian cut you off

"WERE NOT SPECIAL" he yelled "DONT YOU GET IT, YOUR NOT SPECIAL (__)" he pointed at you while you backed away from him.

"THATS JUST WHAT YOUR MOTHER TOLD YOU TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOUR SELF BECAUSE YOU CAME OUT WRONG" your eyes widened at what he said. he turned away from you.

You left his house and agreed with yourself that he didn't care about you anymore.

He then realized what he said. He turned around "(__) I'm sorry" he looked around and saw you were gone.

You walked into your house and grabbed a few things before leaving agian. You walked for a little before coming across a big patch of flowers with an apple tree right in the middle. You walked up to the apple tree and sat at the trunk.

You thought about Zhan Tiri and that she was a giant goat monster 'I can't go back into Corona people will be scared if they see anything close to what Zhan Tiri is' you sighed and took a book out from your bag.

You were there reading untill dark. You closed your book and put it in your bag. You were picking up the rest of your things untill you heared something. You picked up your axe and pointed it to where you heared the noise.

Varian ran out of the trees. You rolled your eyes and continued packing up your stuff. He ran up to you catching his breath. "(__) I'm sorry i-" you cut him off.

"No its fine your right. I did come out wrong. Im not supposed to look like this" you put your bag around your shoulder "I can't go back to corona anyway" you started walking to your house.

"Why not?" varian asked.

"Because I'm half goat. You know what Zhan tiri is, a giant goat monster. I'm the sign of bad luck, varian" you were walking faster now.

"No your not" he said. It was obvious he didn't know exactly what to say. 

You turned around to face him "you said it your self varian I'm a freak" you turned back around and continued walking home. Varian just stood still in shock

You got inside your house and locked the door. You took your books out of your bag and placed them on the shelf. You lit a fire in the fire place and sat infront of it.

You flinched from a sudden knock on the door. You stood up and stretched and heared another knock. You walk to the door.

You opend the door a little it was being stopped by the chain lock. Varian was at the door. He looked at you through the small opening.

"I'm sorry I really didn't mean it. I was just angry" he said in a forgiving tone. You looked down. "But it's true. I am just a freak" tears threated to fall from your eyes.

"No, no your not. I was angry that my dad was hurt agian" you closed the door and took off the small chain lock. You opend the door agian and ran into varian hugging him.

He looked down at the top of your head before hugging back.
