Five years ago, I fell inlove...

Five years ago, I felt alive...

But it's been five years since I died.

"Miss Aster, how are you feeling about coming back?"

"You look gorgeous as ever!"

"Fabulous! Are you staying here for good?"

I just smiled at the reporters before entering my car. I'm here at the airport. My private plane just landed here in Manila. When I glanced at my wristwatch, it's already 10 o'clock in the evening.

Wow, those reporters are really something!

I'm walking elegantly when two man in black uniform suddenly approached me.

"This way please Miss Aster," one of them said after taking my laugage.

Ah, my bodyguards?

I followed them until we reach the black Mercedes car in the parking lot. Weird, I saw few more bodyguards right now.

I looked at the night sky before entering the car. The sky is dark and stars aren't visible tonight.

The stars are not even happy to have me but I really came back huh?

"You are born to be a star, Estrella. You are born to shine brighter than other people. You are born to be the best- always keep that in your pretty head, my dear."

That's what my mother told me ever since I can't remember. She always want me to believe that I'm the best.

She become my number one motivator. She introduced me the spotlight, this modeling industry. So when I reached my teenage life, I've become a professional model in US.

I am born to be the star, the queen of the spotlight, but when I met him, I felt like I became the dead star, a dim light and the worst version of myself.

"Can't you want me, too? I know you love me more Shin!" I said as I tried to kiss him in the lips but he pushed me away.

"What the fuck, Aster! Get a grip for God sake! Are you that desperate!? I told you to leave, why won't you listen huh?" he gritted his teeth while staring at me with his cold eyes.

His eyes. His eyes before aren't icy cold but burning, the typical tiger gaze like how others describe it but right now I almost shivered. His golden eyes are blazing with wrath, hatred and pain.

Will I really lost you right now, Shin?

"Don't you really want me... anymore?" I asked for the last time. I thought he would hesitate or lie but he nod.

Just a single nod from him... and I totally lost myself.

"Sadie, what's my schedule today?" I asked my secretary the next day.

I simply what to rest but the entertainment I'm working with can't grant my wish.

They told me that I still have a lot of prescon and interviews so what can I do huh? I'm just Aster Frias after all.

"Two interviews for magazine this afternoon, meeting with Ms. Saludes and the contract signing to Alarcon Entertainment, Miss."

I halt from my step while gritting my teeth when I heard the last agenda. Alarcon...

I thought time's really fast when you're happy but the clock is literally tickling when I reach my last appointment.

I am not even happy, my goodness!

"At last..." I murmured that like a curse when I enter the building.

Have I ever mentioned that I considered dying three times in this lifetime?

The first time was when I love him.

The second time was when I lost him.

And the third time was when I lost myself because of him.

"Good morning, Ms. Aster. Mr. Alarcon is expecting you in his office. So if you will excuse me..."

I heaved a sigh when I click the doorknob of his office. In the corner, I saw a Greek like creature wearing an impassive expression on his face but when he met my eyes, it turns cold and dark.

"Astraia..."

I pursed my lips while I tried my best not to step back. I can almost hear the loud beating of my heart. Not again, Aster! Don't be fooled by him again!

"It's Aster for you, Mr. Alarcon."

The side of his lips rose up. He kept his gaze on me and I stared back.

I won't be fooled by your gaze again, Helios Lushindo Alarcon.

I swear I won't fall for your gaze this second time around.

But when he started to walk towards me, I almost run.

Is it possible for a dead person to die? No, right?

But why did I felt I died again when he whispered those words to me.

"No Astra, you are my Mrs. Alarcon right now. Never forget that."
