I walked out the front door and started to walk to my 2009 Dodge Ram truck.

It was fire truck red and could been seen miles away. I loved it. My dad paid for half of it and I paid for the other half as an early birthday present last year. Spencer wanted a mustang so he did the same as me. I prefer my truck though, I used it one time to get Pen out of a muddy field when he thought it would be a great idea to go off-roading. He got mud all through the intake and I had to clean it up for him of course, because he sure as hell had no knowledge of how to do it without runing the poor car. All of the maitenence on the vehicles is done by me and my dad pays me one hundred per vehicle that is not mine. So that was an easy two dollars right there for me. Ha, suckers.

I press the button on my keychain to unlock my baby, Alejandro. Yes, I decided to name him. He is the one man in my life that I know will not let me down besides my father.

I hop into my truck and close the door. I put my key in the ignition and turn it on. I fiddle with the radio to a rock station that is playing 'Pornstar Dancing' by My Darkest Days. This song always makes you feel like a badass no matter what time of day.

I put on my seatbelt and set off for my journey to work. The drive is about fifteen minutes if that.

As I'm listening to the radio and watching the scenery pass, I think of what we have to do at the garage when I get there. I knew I had to finish up fixing a diesel engine for a Ford truck. As I go over the layout in my head, a guy walks right out infront of me and I slam on the brakes and nearly miss hitting him.

I honk my horn at the guy and he looks at me star-struck. He had brown shaggy hair and bright green eyes that looked like emeralds. I was always jealous that I couldn't have that eye colour.

I then realized that people were behind me and waved my hand across to get him to finish crossing the street. He just kept looking at me and it was starting to make me feel a little uncomfortable. I mean I wasn't terrible looking but I also wasn't beauty pageant material. "Weird." I said out loud. I continued my drive to work and couldn't get my mind off of that boy. Who was he? Why was he staring at me like that? Did I have something on my face?

I pulled into the driveway of the garage and put my truck in park. I glanced at myself in my rear view mirror to check out my face and nothing was there . Now that mystery boy has gained my curiosity. I turn off my truck and get out, then locking it, I walk towards the door. I turn the handle and it appears to still be locked. I bend down to grab the spare key underneath the welcome mat.

"BOO!" a familiar voice said from behind me. I jumped and screamed at the same time which caused me to lose my balance.

"Blake, you jerk!" I yelled at him as I stood up. I turned around to face him. He had a stupid grin on his face showing that he had succeeded in pissing me off already.

"What the hell was that for?" I ask him in a pissed off tone.

"Geeze, calm down babe. It was just a joke." He explained to me.

I just roll my eyes and put the key into the lock and unlock the door. I make sure to put the key back for when we close up.

"What did I say about you calling me babe?" I remind him.

I hate it when he uses that pet name on me. It makes me feel like another one of his many conquests.

"Come on!" He groans. " Why are you so damn uptight all the time? Maybe you should come over tonight and I can help you relax." He offers to me with a wink. It's time for a little payback from earlier.

I walk seductively towards him and brush my body up against his. I reach my hand towards his neck with my fingers grazing the hair on the back of his head. "You know Blake... I love it when you..." I whisper into his ear, my lips lightly touching them with each word I say. I could feel him start to get excited against my thigh.

"Yeah?" He reply's back roughly.

As soon as he spoke that one word, I kneed him where the sun don't shine. He went down like nothing. He was groaning in pain on the ground as I bent down and grabbed his chin.

"That." I say to him and stand back up straight. I walk over to my work station and start working on repairing the engine.

About ten minutes later, the rest of the guys come into the garage. I was washing out the parts when Ricky walked over to me. He had a look on his face like his favourite NASCAR driver just lost a big race.

"Hey Nate, leave personal calls for your break. I'm sick of guys callin' and askin' for you, okay?" He told me with a stern tone.

I take my parts over to my work bench and lay them out in order. I grab a few tools and go over to the ford that was parked inside the garage.

"Sure whatever you say Ricky, who called me?" I asked him with curiosity.

"Um, I think his name was Drake, or Blake... or was it Frank?" He said not really giving a damn. Seriously, this guy was no help what so ever. He still thinks it was a terrible idea for hiring me since the younger male customers always call back just to try and get a date with me. I have no interest with them so why even bother returning the phone calls.

"You know Rick, you're no help at all. Tell them unless they need a fuel injection fixed or a motor, I don't need the hassle." I tell him while I am bent over the ford.

"Okay, whatever you say." He says as he walks away.

As I work on the truck I feel a hand connect with my butt. I feel a new presence beside me.

"You know Nate , I could get use to this view. You bent over and all. Kind of a turn on if you ask me." Blake explains to me trying yet another way to get into my pants. I swear he should just give up already.

"Hey, I forgot to ask you earlier Blake... how's the girlfriend? Haven't heard much from her lately." I say nonchalantly. I'm trying to find a way to push his buttons.

I turn to face him but as soon as I do he pushes himself off the truck and walks back over to his work station. I just go back to working on my truck for the rest of the day.

As soon as six o' clock rolls around, the guys start heading out.

I put my tools away back into my box and close it up. I walk past Ricky's office at the front of the garage and wave bye to him. I pull down the top part of my overalls and tie them around my waist so you my arms are exposed to the leftover sunshine. I take out my keys and unlock my truck.

As I go to open up the drivers side door it is pushed close on me. I turn to see Rider facing me with his hand on the door.

"What the hell, Blake?" I yell at him. I just wanted to go home and have dinner and watch my television.

"I'm having a party tonight... you should come." He said directly. He looked me dead in the eyes, almost like he was praying for me to come. I opened up my door and jumped on into my truck. I turn it on and rolled down the window.

"I'll think about it." I told Rider and put my seat-belt on. I put my truck in reverse and pulled out onto the main road. I turned on my radio and the song 'Bad Company' by Five Finger Death Punch was playing. Maybe I should go to the party and let loose a little.

As the distance closed between my home and me, I began wondering if I should go.

As soon as I pulled into the driveway I made my decision. I was going to the party and start my senior year with a bang.
