Chapter 2

Pov: Sophie

They arrived at the main area in Eternalia where Grady started leading them to a silver tower in the distance that Sophie hadn't noticed before...? As they got closer she noticed the crystal: Aura Quartz All around, growing out of the ground and out of the tower. 

Grady knocked on the door 3 times in a sort of pattern and it automatically opened. 

Inside was a dimly lit hallway leading to a circle of a room where all 12 councilors stood waiting. The inside was lit by glowing stones and vines that grew every where. "Welcome Sophie And Dex." Councilor Emery welcomed as Sophie and Dex moved to the rest of team Valliant's side. Grady and Team Valliant all bowed in a respectful form. "You are dismissed Lord Ruwen" Emery called, and before Grady left he whispered to Sophie "I'll be waiting outside kiddo."

"I'm guessing your wondering why you were called here?" Emery asked and Sophie answered for them all with a simple "yes," 

"You have all been assigned a new mission, but this job requires not only you 5 but also most of the other black swan members." Sophie snapped to attention, "We do?!" not catching the black swan part, but Biana did. "Hold on, some of the black swan members??" She asked.

"Not anyone from the collective but yes we have gone over this plan with the collective. Keefe, Tam, Linh, Marella, Fitz, will be accompanying you 4." Emery supplied. (this takes place right before joined the neverseen)

Sophie was now very hyped for this mission, it took her a few minutes to realize what Councilor Emery has said. "Wait, 4 of us? as in only 4/5 of us are going on this mission?" Sophie wondered aloud. "Yes," Councilor Oralie replied. 

"Lady Hex will not be going on this mission due to the side mission we have for her." Councilor Bronte finished for Oralie. Stina frowned, "What's my mission then?" She asked.

"You will be investigating the disease that has been spreading from unicorn to unicorn. I'm sure you were already aware of this problem, no?" Bronte explained, Stina nodded. "We suspect the disease has something to do with suporadien (idk how too spell it) and were hoping you would be willing to look into it with finer detail??" Emery finished. 

before Stina could answer Dex cut in, "Why Stina though? no offense kinda thing just curious why u picked her out of the 5 of us" 

"Lady Hex lives on a Unicorn ranch so we figured she would be more experienced." Oralie answered. 

"As for the rest of you, the council has made a huge decision...."
