Pov: Annabeth
To say Annabeth was hyped for this school year was an understatement.
"EEEEEEE!!" Annabeth exclaimed as she packed some books into her backpack, she was getting ready for school even though they still had 3 days until it started.
Chiron had agreed to let the Argo II crew go to Goode High together this year in the day, and get to stay at camp all year, plus Hazel and Frank would be going with them and staying at CHB!! sure they would have to go to Rome every week to check in and if things got crazy there they'd have too go help, but still!!
"What's got you so excited??" she heard a voice from the doorway ask and she turned around to find Percy standing there, leaning against the wall.
"Schools soon!" she exclaimed as she put her backpack on her door. "see somehow i don't see how that's 'EEEEEE' worthy" he groaned as he followed her into her room. he was clearly not as excited for the school year as she was.
"Percy. if things go according to plan, this will be like a vacation! with the whole crew, school and NO prophecy's!!" She said as she plopped onto her bed and stared at her ceiling.
"Y'know I am also pretty excited too..." he said as he sat in her desk chair. "but lets face it, when has anything ever gone according to plan" he joked and when she glared daggers at him, he started laughing.
"I'm kidding wise-girl, but seriously. i gotta gut feeling that this year wont be as peaceful as we hope." "Shut up seaweed brain. let me fangirl about school" she said sitting up on her bed. "mh hm" Percy sighed.
They looked at each other for a solid minute before they both burst into a fit of giggles.
