Fear is a concoction of fear and hope, a mixture of wonder and longing. A feeling of such had never been felt before by sixteen year old Christine Leonard. Growing up in a happy home, as an only child, and having sober yet happy parents had treated her well. Her family had never been through rough times such as low income or job losses. Christine's mom had always been able to stay at home during the day. In short, her life had been as happy as could be until that dreadful January morning.
