Johns p.o.v

Paul had been waiting hand and foot on John all day, making sure he was ok all the time. "You want some more tea, John?"

"No thanks, macca. You don't have to do this really! I'm fine I'm just a little under the weather." He chuckled.

"Well..if you need something I'll be right in the living room. Ok?" Paul raised his pretty eyebrows.

"Yes! Ok ok mum, just go have fun in the living room. I'm gonna take a nap." John rubbed his boyfriends arm and smiled.

"Ey I'm not tryin' to be motherly, I can't help it." He kissed Johns lips. "Ok, have a good nap."
Paul got up and walked out, sitting on the couch beside George.

"You do act like our mother." George said, not looking up from his paper. Ringo laughed.

"Ey! Haha!" Paul slapped his shoulder and turned on the Telly, looking over the paper.

Soon enough, John was back on his feet. The Ed Sullivan show was scheduled for the next day and the boys were lazing about. "You wanna go down to the pool?" Ringo offered.

There was a moment of silence then everyone agreed and went to get changed. "You sure you can do this, Johnny? I don't want you to wear yourself out."

"Maccaaa I'll be fiiinnnee can I pleeeaaassee swim??" John kneeled and looked up at Paul, his hands held together in front of his face.

Paul giggled. "Ok ok! Get off the floor let's go change."

Down at the pool, the boys were swimming around in the pool.

"Let's play Marco Polo." John said smirking. "Not it!!"

"Not it!"

"Not it!"

"No-damn it!" Paul sighed and folded his arms. "Fine. Everyone hide." He closed his eyes and started counting.

Paul stuck his hands out and started walking. "Marco.."

"Polo!" Three voices said.

'I'll get John..he sounded left..' Paul turned left and heard the water moving, so he picked up the pace. "I'm gonna get you!" Paul reached out and grabbed John one hand on his shoulder, one on his thigh.

"Eh! No!" John giggled.

"Oh..heh sorry." Paul let go his his leg and winked.

"Ewww McLennon!" George and Ringo laughed.

"Oh sod off." John smiled and the boys spent the rest of the afternoon in the pool, goofing off.
