Bakugou lead his mother off to the side away from Uraraka and the throne room even though Uraraka already knew but he wanted to away from maids and knights as well, knights would usually follow if someone asked to speak to the Queen in private but they knew he was her son from the obvious resemblance and left them alone. Bakugou took a deep breath he had never felt so nervous in his life his leg was shaking and he even felt a bit dizzy.
"What did u bring me back here for you don't wanna marry Uraraka." She grumbled while folding her arms.
"Yes and No," Bakugou did taking another deep breath, "It's not the simple I guess" his mom raised an eyebrow.
"So...? Spit it out Katsuki." Mitsuki said as she rested her hand on her hip waiting for her son to speak.
"I can't marry Uraraka cause I'm in love with someone else." He felt good that it was finally off his chest.
"Well if your gonna confess that might as well also confess that your gay." Mitsuki said as she picked at her nails and the look of shock formed on his face maybe fear that Uraraka had talked.
"Who told you?" Bakugou said trying to remain calm since he didn't know yet.
"Katsuki it's been plastered all over you since you were young I'm your mom you think I wouldn't notice," She said as Katsuki took a deep breath, "I honestly don't care but your the future of this kingdom they are expecting you to marry Uraraka to join our kingdom and create a heir for their future."
"If the future of this kingdom means I have to give up on the guy I am in love with then to hell with this kingdom." Bakugou said boldly before he turned around and left he left his mother in shock and disbelief but she was also slightly proud that her son had taken action of his life and what he was gonna do.
Bakugou didn't want to have his kingdom fall into ruins but his parents were still the king and queen and could easily have one of his cousins take over when they were ready Bakugou wanted to be with the one he loved and follow whatever decision Kiri makes wether that's to come out to his kingdom and risk them over throwing him as king or running away into the woods away from the kingdoms and live in a cabin in the woods Bakugou hoped they would be together but nothing was guaranteed and everything seemed to be happening to fast and he would be lying if he said it wasn't stressful.
Bakugou went outside to actually train against dummies that were set outside in front of the stables to blow off some steam, he should be thinking about what's good for his kingdom but he only wanted what to do what made Kiri happy he just wanted see the person he loved smile.
One of the other knights walked up as Bakugou hit the dummy and knocked them over as another knight approached watching Bakugou.
"Denki if the general of the Bakugou kingdom army was gay would you view him any differently than you do." Bakugou said to the knight with blonde hair who was watching, Bakugous eyes filled with tears afraid that the army he commanded might view him differently.
