...the nurses back at the castle don't think I'll make it." Queen Kirishima says as she looks down at her horse she seemed oddly calm about the mention of death Bakugou pressed his lips together wanting to say that she couldn't leave her son alone in the world especially after his father died but Bakugou stayed silent it wasn't his place to say anything and he knew he couldn't tell Kiri the boys had only meet a short while ago but Bakugou trusted him and felt something change him when he was around the boy.

"I won't tell him." Bakugou said with a deep breath, "You son has been very kind to me I've always been so angry and stern I think he may has softened me a bit." Bakugou pressed his lips together kinda realizing he put his feelings out which wasn't normally he normally never talked about and was a closed book.

She chuckled softly as they continued everyone following Bakugou down the trails and deeper into the forest Bakugous head was filled with the fact that Kirishima would be loosing his mother the thought troubled Bakugou since he didn't care about anyone but himself so why was his mind swirling with worry Bakugou took a deep breath before hearing footsteps Bakugou held up his hand for everyone to halt he listened closely as the sounds got closer.

Kiri tripe's over a root as he fell in front of the team of horses, dirty and scratched up also tired, kiris mom gasped as Bakugou slide off his horse and picked up the shaking red head who seemed to cling onto him Kiri breathed heavily as he was barely conscious.

"I-...I... escaped." Kiri said before he passed out in Bakugous arms the soldiers helped Kiri onto a horse with a different soldier Bakugou hopped back on his horse with a strange feeling that he wanted Kiri closer for some reason.

They made their way back to the Kirishima castle and Bakugou helped bring him up to his bed and maids began to walk in with warm wash clothes and bandages Bakugou leaned in the doorway and Kiris mom walked up and stood next to Bakugou as Bakugou had his arms folded and watched the maids.

"Thank you for helping me find my son please stay here for the night as a token of my gratitude since it's getting late." She said with a soft smile.

"Thank you will my soldiers be able to stay in your soldier ward as well." Bakugou said.

"Yes I have already ordered my soldiers to show yours to their respective places." She said Bakugou nodded and let watching the maids at work worry still paining his heart.

"A maid will bring you to your room when you are ready, I'm going to get some rest the stress and illness is making me tired." She said before leaving with a maid.

Bakugou stood in the doorway watching the Maids wipe the dirt and some blood off Kiri before bandaging up his scratches the maids left after picking up the dirty towels and Bakugou walked in slowly and stared at the red head. Bakugou took in a deep breath before turning around and leaving before finding a maid to lead him to the room he would be staying in something about the red head compelled him but he didn't wanna get to close afraid he would put all his feelings on the line.

Bakugou sat on the bed, "What are you doing to me." Bakugou mumbled to himself before staring out the window seeming to be lost in thought.
