Gon was so happy that Killua came home! He'd been so bored sleeping all day. "wait, he's a demon?" Gon beamed. "mhm!" Killua sighed. "remember that friend I told you about that got turned into a demon? That's him" Gon felt himself blushing slightly. "you talked about me?" Killua flushed. "absolutely not. I just said why I became a demon slayer" he giggled. "you finally made a new friend. I thought I'd forever be your only one" Tage chuckled and Killua huffed. "go eat or something" Gon rolled his eyes. "well fine then" he grabbed a particularly large rabbit and came back out of his room. "don't get blood on the carpet or Tanjiro will kill me" he snickered, then poked a hole in its foot. "Gon!" he stabbed into a vein, Gon had been getting better at locating them. When he did that he put his mouth to the hole he made and drained it dry. "so, wanna go outside?" Killua shrugged. "why not" Tage followed curiously as they walked back out the door. "what do you wanna do?"

Gon beamed. "we could go demon hunting!" Tage looked kind of alarmed, but Killua sighed "really? I just spent an entire week doing that" he crossed his arms with a huff. "well I'm going" he groaned. "ok fine" Gon squealed. "I wanna watch you chop it's head off!" Killua was so cool, and he was even cooler now that he had a demon killing sword. "wait, what was your kill count again?" he rubbed the back of his head. In all honesty, he did remember. He just wanted Tage to know that his best friend was a badass. "I think it's 30? No 31. yeah, 31" Tage's jaw dropped. "your more than halfway to the kill count to become a hashira!" Gon beamed. "I know right? He's so cool!" Killua flushed in embarrassment. "s-stop, I don't give a damn about the hashira thing either" Gon grabbed his hand. "let's go!" Killua sighed. "ok fine, let me find one first"

Gon waited patiently as Killua scouted using his En. Tage tried to open his mouth and he shot him a glare. "Shh" Killua pointed in a direction down the mountain. "group of three that way, let's see if their what we're looking for" he opened his eyes and Gon started in the direction. They leapt silently through the trees and Tage tried his best to follow while staying silent. "why the hell can't we find any humans?" one of the demons grumbled. "we're on a mountain, what did you expect" the second one answered. Gon put a finger up to Killua. 'I'm gonna try something' he nodded and he slid down, deactivating Zetsu. The group of three looked over at him as he waved. "hi!" they stayed still as he approached. "what do you want runt" he pouted. "that's mean, I just wanna help you guys find some humans" they looked skeptical. "your only a few months old, how could you possibly get a catch when the three of us working together can't?" he giggled. "because there's two watching you right now"

All three demons froze, then Killua dropped in and slammed into one. The other two panicked and he giggled, watching the chaos. Killua was holding his own against three demons who were surrounding him, it was kind of beautiful how he fought like that. He's so perfect... Gon let himself blush for a moment. He felt his eyes start to gleam as Killua kept beating them up. "hey Gon, wanna take one?" he beamed and leapt forward onto one of the demons. "I thought you were on our side!" he giggled some more, "nope!" he sat on top of its chest and pounded the demon with his fists, laughing as he did so. There was screaming and then silence. Killua walked over to where he was mutilating the demon underneath him, it kept reforming and screaming as he punched it again and again with all his strength ."Gon, are you toying with it?" he paused for a moment. "no, I'm just having fun"

The demon lashed out and managed to catch Killua's leg, which made him snarl and rake his claws along its face. "MINE!" he brought a fist down hard in the center of its head, smashing its skull and effectively killing it. He huffed a few times to catch his breath and beamed at Killua. "your psychotic" he said, ruffling his hair. "I don't know what that word means but thank you" Killua chuckled and he stood up. "so, wanna go find anoth-" Killua put a hand up and he paused. "No. that was enough fun for one night" he pouted. "but-" Killua shushed him. "No. you probably scared the shit out of Tage" he frowned slightly. "why should I care?" Gon then glanced over at Killua and narrowed his eyes slightly. "don't tell me you actually like him" Gon was starting to get jealous, he wanted to have Killua all to himself. "I mean, he's cool to be around I guess? Usually you want me to make friends" he huffed, crossing his arms. "I don't like him!" Killua paused. "that's not like you. What could he have possibly done to make you hate him?"
