Part 9 - Understanding

Continuing from the last part. I know it's high time I have updated. I apologize for that. Kindly ignore any mistakes.

Bm : Where is she?
Varsha : she is still staring at the ambulance.
All the face fell hearing it.
Mishti : I need to see her.
Abir : Wait, I will call her.
Shaurya : No abir, give her some time to adjust with the fact that Kunal would not return.
Bp : Yes, I agree with him. Till then take rest Mishti.
Nannu : there is someone else whom you need to meet.
Mishti looked at him. He went and came back with Misha.
Mishti picked her up and started kissing all over the face. " My daughter..... " cried mishti.
Misha was looking at her with curiosity.

They left the room to let the couple spend their family time.

Bm : I'm happy that Mishti came back but at the same time I can't even be truly happy as my other daughter is suffering. I'm fearing what if kuhu gets back to depressed stage.
Bp : Nothing such will happen. We will be with her.
Varsha : even I agree with Maa. It's not as easy as you say. Now Misha would be also missing from kuhu. I don't how she will tolerate it.
Shaurya : let's hope for the best.

At kuhu's room,
She holds Kunal's photo near to her heart and cried. " Why????? Should I be happy or sad?? Why is it so complicated around me??? " She held on to the photo strongly fearing letting of the grip of photo would make her even worse.

At Mishbir room,
Mishti was lying next to Abir, along with Misha. " Abir....." Mishti called out. He hummed in response to the call. " Why haven't  kuhu yet to came to see her? Would she be cursing me?? I couldn't save Kunal....Why have God taken such a decision to test her?? Why am I always preferred over her???
Abir : stop blaming yourself. None knew about all this. Let's believe in God. I'm sure he has better plans for kuhu, even if she gets tested now. Let's support her. She was there for me when I was alone. She took care of Misha all the while. I'm sure she would cross this stage too... .
Mishti : hmmm
Misha : Mumma.....
Mishti : look Abir, she called me Mumma. I love you.
Mishti kissed her cheeks. But Misha started crying, calling out " Mumma ". Mishti tried all her ways to calm down Misha but nothing worked.
Abir : she is looking for kuhu. Don't get sad you have to be familiar with her. Let's wait till then. Let's not force her anything right now.
Mishti sadly agreed.
Abir : let me take her to Kuhu.
Mishti : I will come along.
Abir : haven't you heard what the Dr. said, take rest. No stresses.
Mishti nodded

Abir knocked the door, getting no response he slightly pushed the door. It wasn't locked, he went inside and found out that she was holding on to Kunal 's photo and crying. She turned around hearing Misha's cry. She went and picked her. Misha started giggling and playing around Kuhu. Abir smiled. He internally felt Mishti would be finding it hard to get attached with Misha. His thoughts were disturbed when Kuhu called out him.

Kuhu : I'm so sorry Abir. Neither I couldn't take care of her nor meet Mishti. I'm so sorry. I need to meet her.
Abir : it's okay kuhu, I know how it feels. Take your time. Go through your emotions, no one would interrupt you.
Kuhu : No it's not right, she might be feeling bad. She might be wondering why I didn't meet her. Please do convey to her that I don't hate her.....
Abir : it's okay Kuhu, she will understand you. Let Misha stay with you tonight. Even you will get better.
He kissed Misha's forehead and left the duo.
