Chapter 15

Emma's POV

" Didn't I give you rules to follow " he says

Didn't Dante say he wouldn't snitch? Serves me right for trusting him.

" I-It wasn't my fault, h-he came up to me and- " I was explaining before I got interrupted.

" Save it " Lorenzo says with his voice laced in venom.

" Grab her " he says pointing at me.

I stare at him.

Grab me ?!

Then suddenly, 2 men dressed in all black suits with dark shades on, pick my up by my arms.

" Put me down you mindless followers ! " I scream kicking frantically.

" Put her in the basement. Since it's Friday, leave her down there for two days. No food or water. "

He cant be serious, this has to be a joke.

" No Emma this isn't a joke. When I give you rules you must follow them " he says walking towards the basement.

" YOU SON OF A BIT*H DANTE, HOW COULD YOU " I yell trying to look back.

" Oh sweetheart Dante didn't tell me anything " he says.

What ?.

Then who the fu*k snitched.

" Watch your fu*king mouth Emma " he spits out.

I need tp stop saying things outloud.

"And did you think I would let you go to school with just Dante? Honey I have other spies set there to watch your every move " he says smiling evilly.

The men throw my into the basement, but before closing the door Lorenzo turns and says.

" Oh and don't worry about Dante, he'll be receiving consequences too for trying to keep this from me."

" N-no please don't leave me here, its dark " I say as tears slip out my eyes.

He just looks at me and shuts the door. I'm now surrounded by complete darkness.

I am completely petrified of the dark.

I start screaming. Begging Lorenzo to come back. But he doesn't.

I start breathing rapidly. Lungs burning from the lack of oxygen.

Fu*k. Im having a panic attack.

Haven't gotten one of those since I was 16 years old.

My breathing doesn't slow down. I keep clawing at my neck.

" I-it burns " I managed to get out

My breathing quickens again.

" H-help me " was the last thing I said before I passed out.

Lorenzo's POV

I had to leave early this morning because I needed to do something. I made my way to Emma's school, to find someone in her class.

I found this little boy with glasses, I paid him $10,000 to watch Emma, and follow her to every class she had. I also made him inform me if she talked to any guys, other then the one she sat with.

He immediately took the money.

Wow people would really do anything for money.

With that I leave and head back home. By the time I was home, Emma and Dante have already left.

" Now is the time to set everything up " I say to myself out loud.
